Very good, they have the best chicken Caesar salad! The burger was good, too, and not dry. Fried onions re good. They give generous portion. However, their ribs are very different. It was better before. The service is quite bad, and they do not take reservations.

This place never dissapoints. Went there thrice and each time i was satisfied with the food. No issues and it tasted so good would recommend the Arizona burger for sure. The waiters took a long time to come take our order and the same for giving us the bill. It was like we were after them to gove them the money . Other than that no issues at all.

We had at Apache Spur last night. I am not a fan of Spur as the menu is dated and needs to be revamped. However the service was good at Apache Spur. I can therefore highly recommend this Spur.

The worst food I've ever had, steak and wings, were so bad I couldn't swallow it. Had to remove from my mouth. Paid bill and left. They weren't even concerned we didn't eat the food. Never asked anything. AVOID. DO NOT EAT HERE. SO AWEFUL!!

Great moment there, very nice, cozy place.. awesome service and food was good.. the portion was huge xd I went there nearly 10.00 p.m so I didn't take a starter (luckily) cause bearly could not have finished my plate xd 🔥 It was Mixed Grill and Calamari Surf & Turf 💯

Good food, very good portion and excellent services

This is my personal point of view for I eat vegetarian food mainly. The new menu has a more elaborate vegetarian selection which makes it easier to order as compared to previous visit. I am not too fond of the atmosphere i feel.it gets very crowded peak hours, too little spacing between tables.

UPD. They read my review and promised to improve their food. Not bad after all. Many restaurants barely do the same. The service is good, but the food is terrible! I ordered Hawaiian Schnitzel with melted cheese, bacon and grilled pineapple. What I got was chicken breast from KFC with slices of cheapest cheese, sausage and canned pineapple! Nothing common with schnitzel and with grill. Onion snack was delicious btw. Not recommended until you want a spoiled lunch.

Stopped for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I had a Guacamole Burger and my partner had Mexican burger and both were quite delicious.

Overall was great. Delicious food, average service and good atmosphere. Definitely recommend to friends & family.

Great atmosphere. The waiter was attentive and caring. The food was served without delay. The 600g ribs were amazing and the cheddamelt steak was spot on. Only recommendation is to provide a wooden plat for the ribs instead of normal plat.

Very good food at a reasonable price Quick service and friendly staff. Try the chicken cheddamelt schnitzel. It's a real treat. One of the best I've tried.

1) Ordered a lamb burger and to my surprise it was a lamb PATTY and not lamb meat. It should be specified in the menu. It is a disgrace for an international restaurant serving lamb PATTY. The taste was nearly 5% -10 % of a lamb meat. 2) The burger was dry. We have to pay additional Rs 99 for a sauce. What? So no signature sauce for specific burger. Ok!!! 3) Crispy onion was a disaster. It was oily and not crispy at all. The onion was cut very very small in size and it was an eye-sore. It is not at all the same as in the picture.

Steak was perfectly prepared medium rare. 👌🏼 However, burger meat pattie was over well done and dry, as if pre-made and on grill much too long waiting for next order 😕

The food is really good, but we missed good sauce items for steak and salt meat preparation.

It's no more the spur we know long time ago. They took us a long time to serve us although the restaurant was almost empty. The burger was average, the chips does not feel fresh and on crispy onions was not well cooked. (Not a simple thank you or sorry from your staff when we were leaving the restaurant)

Spur was a place to die for. One of my favorites place to dine. I had called for a reservation, which the other person on the line confirmed. Going there, they didn't find the reservation bit somehow managed to find me a table. Food wasn't great as before. Quantity changed but price remained the same. Waitress attended us okay. Waiting Time was long but understandable as the restaurant was packed.

Expensive and not value for money on some items on the menu. Service is extremely slow during peak times. Although you understand that peak times are busier, they look understaffed! But nice atmosphere as has always been the case at Spur!

Horrible service at this place today. I was the lone customer there at around 5 pm. They took a lot of time bringing the menu. I let that one go but then they took an eternity to take order and to precise I was getting a second portion of chips, and not 'a little more'. The entire time I spent there the working staff were being really loud, talking, calling one another's name at the top of their voices (crying for some Melanie over and over), laughing, being dramatic etc. Is that how a decent restaurant operates, no courtesy for their customer whatsoever. Regret my decision to eat there. Certainly won't be back. You need better staff. Took time to bring the bill as well and can't even pick up the tissue on my table. Asked me to give it to her to trash! Left an hour after feeling not so good about it all! Wow! Way to worsen your client's day and not once anyone came to ask if the food was fine or no. And it was only way after that 2 or more people were seated outside. They can't be civil or hospitable to one person when there's so many of them. What do you pay them for??

Great place to be with you family. Noisy/busy place (which means it is always well occupied). Food is always to expectation (except recently portion has reduced) and you have to wait a lot to get served. But overall, I recommend!

Friendly staff. Menu is very diversified and very tasty... You can dine in or take away, either option you are surely going to be satisfied.

It's getting worst and worst. The service is kinda slow, our food was almost cold when it came to our table. The steak was the worst i had, i couldn't even chew it properly, it was so hard. The ribs were disappointing, worst taste ever. As for the table, at least we could have been given a small plate to eat our starters but no. They just put the forks and knife directly on the table without table cloth or anything. We had to eat the starter in one plate and it was not an easy thing. You should seriously review the quality of service and food for the amout you make people pay, it's really not worth the money.

Great food!

Going after a while because of the pandemic. Pleasantly surprised by the visit: staff wearing masks and maintaining standard precautions, menu tasty and portions will satisfy even the very hungry ones. Obviously burgers with chips and fried onion rings are caloric bombs and oily enough to make your coronaries worry, but once in a while and it is okay. Little area inside to keep the little ones entertained. Better to go for dinner a bit early to skip the crowd and avoid queueing up especially on days with special offers. All in all better than my initial expectations. Stay safe.

Mid week visit. Take several minutes for a waitress to notice us though they were barely few peoples. Drinks took five minutes, for one mojito which was quite good but not the best.ribs and steak with lamb wraps which took over 20minutes to be served. The waitress didn't bother to enquire about how we would like our steak and finally got a well done dry steak. The ribs were good with the bbq sauce. Lamb wasn't value for money. Good portion of fries. Onion rings not worth it.

Spur has consistently been good since it opened. Everything I have tried so far is good, though my favorite is the lamb burger. The staff is super friendly and help make anyone's birthday special. I recommend this place specially for lunch and dinner.

I have just had lunch for the first time at Apache Spur Bagatelle. And I can assure that this is the last. Food was disgusting. Prawn was completely burnt - see attached picture. Burger was moist. Everything else was at poor. One of the worst food experience in Mauritius. On the same note, I witnessed three other customers complaining of the food to the manager while I was there. Would not recommend the place at all.

I have been here twice and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are good. This is a great family restaurant as there is a place for children to run around and play and there is also tv’s to watch sport for the adults.

Yesterday we Asked for reservation for 5 persons for lunch today. They say they do not take reservations and that we can come we will not have any problem to have seats. Today we came at the restaurant and we needed to wait for 30 mins outside. We even needed to ask for a free table. They did not bother to give us the table while we were waiting. We wanted to go for lunch at noon and we are served much after 1pm. For us service and communication is terrible. Food quality is not as good also.

The meat was not well cooked as demand, the meat was hard and not tender. The chips and onions was really oily. The drinks and desserts was okay. Kinda disappointed since we paid a lot..Great service though the girl was really kind and friendly.

I regret to inform you that my experience with this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. After attempting to place an order over the phone, the staff hung up on me without explanation and failed to respond to any further attempts to contact them. This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.
