Recently bought a genoise birthday cake on order. Genoise is supposed to be moist, however, mine was super dry, chewy, flavourless, plain and definitely not appealing to the eyes and tastebuds!! It even went bad after 2 days and had to throw away a big portion. It was really really disappointing!!!! Not recommend!! Who cares?
