Good day to all. I’m sad to share my utmost unsatisfying experience at Galitos Riche Terre last night ( 02/03/2019 ). Myself and 2 other doctors went for a late night dinner at about 8:30, ordered our respective meals before 8:45. Then, the LONGEST WAIT EVER, we waited till 9:50 but still nothing! The waitress, very charming and a decent young woman, politely kept saying 3 minutes more, 5 minutes more, nearly there! Finally, we exhausted our patience and left after cancelling the order. 👎🏻

Update: It has closed now and no wonder given the poor quality of staff service and engagement. Was there around 1030 - 1045. There was no one to take the order, no one even handling the cashier office. In a manner of speaking i could have taken stuff and went away and they would have been none the wiser. All the staff seemed to be chatting back in the kitchen. If you advertise yourself as-being ope at 10am u should be ready to be serving at this time else change your opening time.

It was the worst experience I got at a Resto on a 24th December 2018. No one came to take the order, had to go to the counter to order. Even there had to wait for minutes before being attended. What ever we wanted to order was not available. After the order, we had to wait several minutes before being served. Ordered a family feast, but the chicken was not full and not as tasty as it used to be. The salad was pitiful, the jumbo chips never arrived, had to request same from the manager. Initially we got plastic forks and knife to eat, just try to imagine. The service was very very bad. I don't recommend Galito's Riche Terre Mall at all....

Extremely slow service. Please be prepared to wait, on average, one hour before you receive your order even though the waitress tells you 15 minutes! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst chicken I've ever eaten. It's like boiled chicken placed on a flame. Tasteless, well it tastes like boiled chicken. I do better at home in my pan or mini-oven. Not a place to go again.

Ordered some fries, the portion was very small, dry and hard. We waited for a very long time for our food. Our orders came separately up to 20 mins interval. The salad that came with my grill was not well presented at all, same thing applies to the rice. Food was below average. The staff were courteous and acknowledged our feedback.

Awful place. Flies buzzing around. Staff looks unmotivated to serve you. Tables not clean after customers ate. They just left the plates as they were. And the most annoying thing is that you have yo order you drinks on a different counter. Not recommended. Go to Galitos Phoenix better service there.

Food good but service so slow, once my girlfriend and i waited more than 15 mins before the waiters noticed us. After that we waited an eternity to get our food.
