Terrible

by
poor
management.
Upon
arrival
we
found
the
refrigerator
was
not
ON
and
did
not
even
work
when
we
switched
it
ON,
this
caused
some
of
our
meat
to
spoil
as
we
arrived
too
late
in
the
day
to
be
able
to
go
buy
ice.
We
booked
for
3
nights,
of
the
three
nights
we
spent
our
third
day
and
night
without
electricity
-
worst
of
all,
management
did
not
even
bother
to
come
and
communicate
to
us
why
this
was
happening
nor
did
they
even
come
to
provide
us
with
an
apology
or
an
explanation
as
to
when
it
would
be
resolved
(we
had
reported
the
issue
of
having
extended
periods
of
no
electricity
to
management
after
our
first
night
already,
which
should
have
raised
a
concern
to
them)
.
We
had
to
walk
ourselves
to
management
on
the
night,
to
which
upon
our
arrival,
did
not
even
bother
to
pay
any
attention
to
us
until
we
demanded
for
their
attention.
We
felt
truly
unappreciated
as
first-time
clients.
Fortunately,
however,
they
did
reimburse
us
for
the
night
we
spent
without
electricity,
but
for
the
mere
fact
that
we
were
not
treated
like
paying
clients
and
for
the
fact
that
they
did
not
have
any
countermeasures
in
place
to
resolve
a
problem
they
claim
to
have
been
aware
of
for
an
extended
period
of
time
was
truly
appalling.
