Begining with, the staff here is very friendly and professional. Listens to their customers needs.Especically hairdresser Mr happy sign did a great job on my haircut its sophisticated and stylish. I'm very happy with my experience I would highly recommend them. Also I had an amazing service from professional Sanju waxing was so painless and she is such a vibe i had a fantastic service totally worth it 💯

Service is good . Hospitality is very good . Staff behaviour was very nice . Very much happy with hairstylist Sourabh’s haircut service . But looks like they have a strong tie up with beauty sutra brand . Convienanced me to go for beauty sutra facial and hair spa . Both are extremely costly but result from that was not that great. I felt normal facial and hair spa would had more effect then that. Everything is good with saloon but I suggest don’t go for beauty sutra because it’s not worth so much money .

It was my first visit to this Lakme salon and I was mighty impressed with the service. Both Saikat and Ram were very cordial and did a fantastic job with both my daughters hair , especially the older ones hair which is curly. Excellent styling and service. Thank you

This used to be my go to Salon in Belgaum. But it really saddens me to put up a bad review because of a series of bad experiences at this salon. To start with the hair dresser sold me a shampooing sess which I didn’t really agree to. He only told me what he did after be washed my hair with a “special” shampoo. And got me to pay for it. I wonder what it was. It made my hair really brittle and dry. The hair cut was also terrible, I would put that on the lack of communication skills the people working here have. I understand that not everyone has to speak the same language. But at the very least there should be an attempt made to fully understand what the customer is looking for before you chop off their hair. Use pictures. Or getting some one else to translate things for you. The person who cut my hair wasn’t even sorry afterwards and told me that I had bad hair that he couldn’t work with. Lol! Yes , I know, that’s why I was there. If you have curly hair, I’d steer clear of this place. They don’t know what to do with your luscious hair instead will claim you have bad hair and give you a sad looking hair cut.

Worst experience. 3-4 times i have tried the facials here and each time my skin became dull and darken within a day.Even after trying high range facials(2000 and above) didnt not find any effect. The staff and their lead did not take any responsibility when I called them and mentioned the issue. Each time I have done the facial suggested by them but when I use to call them they only give one answer may not be that facial did not suited you.

My sister and I had an overall great experience at the Belgaum branch. Excellent service by Sourav. They understood our requirements and delivered accordingly. I got hair botox, global and highlights and my sister got highlights and also plans to go for a hair spa. Sourav were extremely patient and courteous! I would definitely recommend this salon.

i got my hair highlighted for the first time, and it was the best experience ever. i was very sceptical about if i would get the colour i wanted but the result exceeded my expectations. Sourav was my stylist and did a great job, made sure i was comfortable throughout and explained the process. very reasonable for the treatment i got done too.
