When it comes to grooming i always prefer naturals. They have professional and very friendly staff. I have got haircut exactly the way i wanted. Plus they do take very good care of hygiene.

Not up to the mark. Service taken a year ago, took package for MAC beauty products as they had said it has max hours coverage. Firstly even after advanced bookings, They didn't have enough products to match my big day look. The professional mixed and matched all makeup products, getting makeup of all set of diff brand etc, as if it's a normal. No airbrush makeup for seamless coverage. Makeup was so minimal, she didn't coverup the facial marks properly not even the neck, back and hands region. She just concentrated on face and that's it. They need to improve there services based upon the charges.

Worst service ever experienced. Laziness to the core. I would never recommend this salon to anyone not even to my enemies.

Most unprofessional people I have come across in life. It has happened multiple times that I have come here after an appointment and have been told flatly that wait is two hours or more. Many times some else without appointment will be looked after before you. As on today’s instance I took an appointment around 1245 pm and asked to come in 15 mins, and on arrival was told that I will have to come back again after 2.30 pm Since everyone has gone for Namaz. This must 4th or 5th instance of such nonsense. Promise to never come back here again.

I wish I could give zero “0” stars. Very pathetic and horrifying experience I had today. Had been for Beard shaping and they allotted an inexperienced, unprofessional trainee like person who had no idea what is he doing. After growing beards for so long if a person spoils it in no time and you need to clean shave after that because you can’t carry such a pathetic look.. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Not once but twice has this happened. First time I assumed it’s just a human error and visited them again and I had to go through this trauma again. Very inexperienced and unprofessional service. I would not recommend anybody to visit this place ever. And yeah, feel free to visit if you are bored of looking good and want to see how ugly you can look 👍🏻 Disgusted by their service.

Horrible experience twice or thrice , being a member , even after taking appointments have to wait for long to get services and waxing is done half and feels more like shaving off just superficial hairs.

One of the worst unprofessional environment every staff has has a hell of attitude specially Dilshad and sahil have so much of attitude and owners are sitting dumb doing nothing in this concern . We pay and use services which are ridiculously worst

Had gone at 12 they asked to sit and i was waiting for 1 hour. They sent all of the employees for prayers not even a single employee was available. They didn't inform that anyone is available and wasted 1 hour of a time. Employee were not available till 3 but they didn't inform me
