i love this place . i want my ashes to be spread here when i die . best monster selection in ni . always has the new releases 1 week before they actually come out in other shops .

Very nice staff with reasonably priced products. Their monster energy selection is the best in all of Belfast and there's a very handsome guy who worked at the deli. Would definitely recommend.

Been using this shop for months the till staff are amazing there is one lady in the food counter that is just horrible every day just witnessed her make one off here colleagues cry. People like that should not be allowed to work wit the public

Absolutely love this place. Food is fantastic, hot or cold, there's always plenty of choice, and their coffee is actually nice and all really cheap too. Can buy breakfast and lunch for less than a tenner. Staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Normally love this place, staff are generally always friendly and their stock is great, but I just tried to go in when their opening times said they were due to be open for another ten minutes and they'd locked the doors already. Looked in the window and two youngish members of staff are on their phones at the tills talking. I'm autistic and my bus was running late and I really needed to just grab a drink on the cross-over to my next bus which is an hour. I work in customer service so I understand how hard it can be to lock up, but I was the ONLY person waiting at the door to get in and you're meant to still be open and you're on your phone instead? Seriously?

Was in last week and was getting food at the deli and I have to say the customer service was shocking! The attitude of the staff was so cold and unwelcoming. No sense of team work at all. The only reason I’m giving a star at all is because of the young lady who served me. She seemed to be the only one who knew the meaning of customer service! I didn’t get her name but it was the girl that wears glasses and had reddish hair. She was very kind and well mannered and made me a lovely sandwich.

alot of items not priced. When all items should be . Clearly . And dates should not be covered over . But thumbs 👍 up for the staff . They are very good . .

I asked for a curry chip and the label says curry and wedges £3.00 so I got overcharged. Won't be back in this shop

Was looking for the different flavours of fanta for ages and here had them along with other hard to get drinks. Couldnt believe the amount of japanese noodles too. Very friendly staff and good prices, will be back again

Need to keep on top of letting their costumers know they are accepting cash only. Spent 10 minutes going round the store to find out they were only accepting cash which let's be honest who carries cash now days with covid. Honest mistake on their behalf I assume. Maybe put some signs on the outside of the building before walking in.

Great wee convenient shop. Hot drinks at a decent price too. Great opening hours, fast service and helpful well mannered, friendly staff who look like they are happy to help.

I went to this store for two days early in the morning just to grab some breakfast, and it was a best deal for backpackers. You can find anything but mostly snacks and groceries. Halal snacks and instant noodles are also available (I had them then). The staff are friendly and they let us use the small table near front door to eat our food.
