This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. The building is 1 year old but doesn't seem to get cleaned often. The bathrooms are equally gross. Don't waste you time here!

My toast wasn't made correctly, unfortunately. Coffee was decent, and the place was messy. They do seem short staffed like most places. This was the second time going to this same place and getting the same result.

This is One of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been too . They provide great service and go the extra mile. The employees are Fun, friendly, and don't mind taking the extra time to make your iced coffee or coffee etc.... just the way you like it. I highly recommend going to this Dunkin' Donuts location specifically because I know you will be treated right.

Donuts and coffee was great. They lost are mobile order and sent us to the other dunkin not far away. We returned and one of the associates made are order no problem. I realize things happen. I can't give a good score on mistakes.

They consistently forget parts of the order, even if it is labeled on the Dunkin' bag you are handed. I love Dunkin, but please choose a different location if you want all of your food and the correct food you ordered.

Says open til 10pm. went there at 8:50 and it was dark as a boot and no orders were being taken but the people were inside standing around. If you close early in the winter/spring it'd be nice to know!! Can't really run on dunkin if they're not open when it says they are.

Today at Dunkin there was a really nice lady I deeply appreciated. I have just received my permit yesterday and that was my first drive through, and she made it a good first experience. After ordering and coming up to the window it’s a bit before we get the first drink. After a bit she comes to the window and says “sorry for the wait I didn’t like the way it was made so I remade it” this was a very honest explanation and she did what was best for the customer. a bit longer after we got our other drinks and then when it was time for us to get the munchkins she hands us 50 munchkin pack instead of 25 because of the longer time it took for us to get our things. This is the best experience I’ve ever had a Dunkin and I want to say thank you very much.

Me and my friends went through the drive thru and the lady that was giving us our stuff was so honest and nice! When she didn’t think the drink was made well she remade it without extra charge and was honest and gave use extra munchkins bc we were waiting for a while! Great experience!

The girl manning the front counter was slower than molasses and rude on top of it. When I first went in (drive through was wrapped) I was the ONLY customer and she COMPLETELY IGNORED me even though I kept saying, "excuse me please I'd like 10 each of your five flavors of munchkins and an old fashioned please and thank you." It wasn't until three more people came in that she asked what I wanted then slung them at me.

Fourth time I was there and 4th time my order was wrong. Other than getting my order wrong everyone there is super nice and atmosphere was good I didn't wait that long either. I believe if these employees had better directions given to them and slowed down they'd stop getting orders totally wrong. Will give them another chance.

Totally done with this place. Every once in a while I treat myself to my favorite thing to eat which is the avocado toast with bacon. I’m usually in a hurry on a break from work, so I forget to open the box and check it because the sticker says avocado toast with bacon, and it doesn’t happen at any other Dunkin Donuts. And every single time they charge for bacon and leave it off. Every time, without fail. I have never had this problem at any other Dunkin Donuts. It can’t be a coincidence since there wasn’t one that they actually put the bacon on after charging me. And they never forget to charge me for it. I know it’s not just to me either, because loved ones and coworkers have surprised me with my favorite treat and if they go to this Dunkin, it will never have the bacon. Which really makes it go from a snack to a lunch. Dunkin Donuts needs to pull the plug on this place. This place is giving them abad name. Go to the Dunkin across from Dairy Queen. They actually give you what you pay for.

If I could leave this 0 stars I would. By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Food was old tasting and dry, some of it was cold. Coffee had a bad aftertaste. Won’t be going to this location again. Very bad experience won’t recommend to anyone
