I've been in this business for 30 years now, first Friday off in awhile. The wife and I have lived in the area for 3 years now, and finally got to visit Three Tides. Started off great for our "Date night" ordered Charcuterie board, and Pretzel. I have to admit this is the first time in my career as a Chef, that I have seen Corn Nuts on a Charcuterie board! Also, first time I have had cold beer cheese with a warm Pretzel. But, I can try and understand that. What I can't understand is after we are into our beers, and adult lunchable, is the fact the server came over to us and said if we wanted to stay, after we had been there an hour already, that the band was playing and we needed to pay an additional $10 per person if we wanted to have another beer to finish our snacks. Nowhere was this advertised, or were we told before we were sat. Talk about killing the vibe! Gonna be hard for this Ol'Chef to come back after that craziness! Dropped the ball on this one Marshall Wharf!

I really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is great, very quiet and cozy while also not qualifying as dull, per se. Their signature dishes and Cocktails are delicious and I love the fact that during the summer, there is the option of going outside on there fairly large porch overlooking the water. Overall, I really like this place.

Awesome place, sat at the bar, loved having the hard boiled eggs, as the bar food. Everything was good. Had the mussels they were the most tender ones I have ever had. Oysters were so fresh! And crab bisque was Awesome! All the girls were so friendly and helpful. Great beers too!

Great beer selection, decent food.

Great beers, great mixed drinks especially with their house made ginger beer or ginger syrup, great food on limited menu, every thing was delicious, they had a nice fire down in the beer garden. Hosts, waitstaff were friendly and talkative. Great experience on the waterfront!

Unique atmosphere, skillfully brewed beer, with knowledgable staff and respectful patrons makes great company. Conveniently located off the Boardwalk, nestled along the Belfast Bay, discreetly situated between their own Marshall's Wharf Brewery and the Front Ft Shipyard. Check out the occasional live music, film, and a tasty menu. Enjoy!

Three Tides is difficult to categorize. Definitely a pub. Definitely fun and funky. The staff are genuine and nice and the beer is great with a wide selection (all Marshall Wharf). It doesn't hurt that it's right on the water too. There is a hipster vibe but in the best possible way. Indoor accommodations are cozy with booths and a long, winding bar for the colder months. In the summertime, there is a deck and a surprisingly large beer garden.

We discovered this delightful brew pub and seafood restaurant on our meandering journey as we travelled to PEI via Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.This little stop was one of our favourites along the way. We enjoyed excellent outdoor dining next to the water plus fine microbrewery beer.
