I've
been
in
this
business
for
30
years
now,
first
Friday
off
in
awhile.
The
wife
and
I
have
lived
in
the
area
for
3
years
now,
and
finally
got
to
visit
Three
Tides.
Started
off
great
for
our
"Date
night"
ordered
Charcuterie
board,
and
Pretzel.
I
have
to
admit
this
is
the
first
time
in
my
career
as
a
Chef,
that
I
have
seen
Corn
Nuts
on
a
Charcuterie
board!
Also,
first
time
I
have
had
cold
beer
cheese
with
a
warm
Pretzel.
But,
I
can
try
and
understand
that.
What
I
can't
understand
is
after
we
are
into
our
beers,
and
adult
lunchable,
is
the
fact
the
server
came
over
to
us
and
said
if
we
wanted
to
stay,
after
we
had
been
there
an
hour
already,
that
the
band
was
playing
and
we
needed
to
pay
an
additional
$10
per
person
if
we
wanted
to
have
another
beer
to
finish
our
snacks.
Nowhere
was
this
advertised,
or
were
we
told
before
we
were
sat.
Talk
about
killing
the
vibe!
Gonna
be
hard
for
this
Ol'Chef
to
come
back
after
that
craziness!
Dropped
the
ball
on
this
one
Marshall
Wharf!
