Woman at tills not sure what her name is, think it was Claudia or something like that. Completely rude and very dismissive. The first time we came, my friend and I arrived at 25 to 6. It said they closed at 6 but they were taking last orders, when I placed my order she ignored my friend as if to say she couldn’t order, but we were together and queued beside each other so it was strange to me when she walked away and I had to ask her to serve her. I fully understand that people want to go home but at 25 minutes to closing surely they should still be open and serving… also spent over 5 minutes waiting for my food which I could see sitting behind the counter going cold… The second time I came today she was on again and just seemed agitated. Very dismissive and rude. I think this will be the last time I come back to KFC as every time I go to one there is some kind of issue.

So my friend got 3 chicken wraps for £5:90. The woman at the till was being rude through the whole experience and I asked for the same food. They charged me £17:99 for 3 of the wraps. I was asking them why they charged me extra and they kept making things up. After I transaction my order they were saying they are closed. This is poor hospitality and I won’t be coming back again.

That was the worst experience just order one item as wasn’t feeling much hungry. The fries was literally cold and i was like whats going on here. Not recommended if that simple thing is so much worst. Not sure about how they provide other meals

Absolutely brutal, asked for a Tea, but didn't have any. So a Fanta Orange instead, disgusting is an understatement, couldn't manage more than a sip. Our meals were pathetic too, I haven't got a Barney how this place was packed, never again in a million years!!

KFC's quality of food seems to be in decline.

The chicken burger was over cooked and the chips weren't peeled.

Gave us much less chips than usual. I normally don't complain as I myself worked in restaurants for a long time; so I tend to think they are probably busy today, etc. But, then I realized while eating that the food was really too small to fill our appetite. I realized that it was the closing hour of the shop and the workers didn't want to fry more chips or probably they had to change oil or for whatever reason for reducing their workload, they gave us such a tiny portion of chips. I can remember one KFC shop which is near our house in Falls road, Belfast; it gave us burnt chips quite often (for takeaways), sometimes chips not fried enough at all. I can remember one KFC shop in Shaftesbury square, Belfast where I found the Gent's toilet out of order continuosly for 3 months. There is nobody from the authority to look after these. I never saw any such thing in McDonald's, they always maintain a good hygiene and cleanliness. However, I still love KFC and go to their shops because I find their prices more affordable for me. Hope they will improve their survice standards.
