Bought 2 dogs off the normal menu. I feel like the 13 dollars it cost us could have paid for all the stock on hand. For those with nostalgia of the days where we were poor, or 10 years old with no food in the house, look no further. The cheapest ingredients, combined in a way that makes you regret waking up that morning. Not only not recommended, but I recommend starving to death first.

My young vegan child got to try his first hot-dog today thanks to this place! Was happy to see the vegan hotdog is also soy and wheat free. Not advertised but we were told it is corn free too. We did have to skip the vegan, gluten-free hotdog bun as it contains corn but my child surprisingly enjoyed the steamed collard leaf as an alternative holder! Will be back!! Update: Other family members who have less dietary restrictions have eaten here. The regular dogs are great! Maybe this place is a little over-priced?? But if you are out for a treat it is fun. *Most hungry adults needed 2 hotdogs not 1 as they are smaller.. but delicious!

This is my absolute favorite lunch spot in Belfast! The menu is creative and inspired. These hot dogs are truly the best I have ever had and made with ingredients you can feel good about - locally sourced meats and organic condiments. The chef/owner makes the most incredible, handmade veggie dogs and you can have them wrapped in a collard green if you want to skip the bun. They're open for breakfast too and make super high-quality breakfast sandwiches. My favorite is the Monty Cristo! I could honestly eat there every single day. I have the most delightful service every time I go there.

Love The Moody Dog ! The breakfast sandwiches are my go-to here and my employees really love the changing specials for the dogs! Locally sourced, high quality ingredients like nitrogen free bacon! She runs her business well and is constantly donating to fun things like Rip Tide Trunk or Treat!

The setting is a little partitioned area in a parking lot in Belfast—there were little vases of flowers on the table and you can glimpse the water. The hotdogs are fabulous— fun flavors delivered with friendly humorous sass from the operators who definitely know a thing or two about delicious food. Quick and easy bite when your short on time.

Fantastic, innovative, delightful food truck that makes Belfast proud. You never tasted hot dogs like this, and the experience of eating them by the harbor is just plain perfect. Definitely worth the money for this local business run by great people.

Fabulous! We wanted a midday snack and this hit the spot. We had a dog with nacho cheese, bacon and jalapeños. Plus, a monte cristo…YUM! We could have eaten the nacho cheese on its own. Everything was delicious. Hands down, best hot dog we’ve ever had. We only wish we would have discovered your truck sooner!

Yup. Don't even think about not stopping here. The people running this place are A+ top notch good folks. Oh. The dogs? Those are also amazing! There was a mix up with our order and we tried to pay them twice so there was no money lost on their end. They refused. Made us our order with a smile. Had some good banter. And got us our remake quickly. Can't speak highly enough about this unique spot in downtown Belfast. Can't wait to spend more of our dollars here to support you all! Stay moody.
