Beautiful and well kept apartment. Very clean. Great location for getting to the city centre and around the Queens Area. Lots of good food shops and restaurants within walking distance. They went out of their way to help us out after a long night/morning of travelling with 2 little kids. This is the second time we stayed at one of their properties and both times we were amazed at the standards.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Lovely and clean. Was very cold when we arrived and could only get the heating to work for a certain amount of time. Ended up with most of us sleeping in the living/kitchen area with the fire on! The fire exit door had been left wide open, which probably had something to do with the temperature. We would definitely return though, fab place

If you're looking for a great place to stay where the owners actually care about your well-being then look no further. They're happy to help whatever the situation or the time of day. Great location, only a short walk from central Belfast. Apartment was lovely and clean and kept in tip top condition. Would stay here again and highly recommend others to do so also. P.s thank you for the wine, it went down a treat on the ferry home.

Beautiful old Victorian terraced house in a central and convenient location but equally undisturbed and relaxed just metres away from one of Belfast's main thoroughfares the Lisburn road.

The apartments are as advertised. I do agree that it should say 3 adults rather than 4 due to the sofa bed. They were clean and nice inside and there were no troubles. We rented apartment 1 and 2, and it seemed that 2 was a bit bigger. The hot water does have temp control, you just have to set it on the hot water heater.

An excellent place for my family of 5 to stay for the week in Belfast. Easy bus access, easy walking access, and the pub access the street is pretty good too.

Very clean ,but the shower head was broken We were woken at 5.30 by someone knocking at our door ,ringing the bell an calling hello ,seemed to be someone above ,banging doors

stayed at this property checked in and was allocated the 3rd floor apartment. It was a last minute booking as I just got out of hospital. On arrival property location was great however the street it was on was quite rough and I didn't even want to go in glad I did tho because it's fabulous inside. The reason I am marking it 1* is because from 11am to 3pm I heard everything the bottom floor was doing as I am sure they heard me the floors are very creaky for such a newly refurbished appartment. I decided it was time to get some sleep unfortunately there was a number of fans to the back of the apartment as the bedroom window faces the back of the centra shop the staff were constantly in and out smoking the fans were going and it was very hard to sleep! Then the appartment door wasn't locking and I went to shop couldn't get back in as key code wouldn't work just as well my partner didn't leave otherwise we would have been locked out. Then tried the shower there is no temperature control so I got roasted!At 3pm I had enough rang and told the guy I was leaving. I paid £120 in total he gave me £80 back. He did not take to kindly to me complaining and said nobody has ever made this complaint before however you would need ear plugs for this place

Hi There, I did not enjoy my stay there at all as it was not for 4 adults!! How can you sleep 2 adults on a sofa bed!! Absolutely hopeless!! I would never recomend anyone else to use your service as well!
