Nice staff, very clean, we had an appointment with xray department, reception not very busy, being seen in 5 minutes after the appointment time, had a wee coffee from the hospital's shop, half an hour later all done,we were on our way home. Large and free carpark. Brilliant!

Visited a patient in the Withers unit of the hospital. Hospital and ward was clean but surprised at no soap being available in a hospital toilet.

I had a full knee joint replaced. From the time of being admitted onto ward 4b the very hard working ,friendly and caring staff are only to happy to do anything to make your stay a positive one. I felt fully informed at all stages. I met everyone who was involved in my stay from nursing, surgery, anaesthetics, physiotherapy, occupational therapy etc. Food is excellent and plenty of it.

My father was in Withers ward 4b on Tuesday 25th August 2020 for a hip replacement. He would like to send sincere thanks to Mr Ian Dobbie and all of the staff who cared for him during his time in Musgrave Park Hospital. Kind regards to you all, keep up the good work Henry McMullan

I have had rehab at this unit 3 times. I cannot praise all the staff from the domestics right the way through to Dr McDonnell. This is a jewel in the crown of the NHS.

My husband spent four months there three years ago. A very traumatic experience for both of us. He was sent there for rehabilitation after major surgery. He was very much underweight and not fit for the regime he was put under. Underfunded, understaffed and they treated him and other patients with such contempt, although some of the staff were very good. My husband litteraly lost the will to live as he was put under antidepressants and antisphycotic drugs against his wish. He had two falls due to negligence and no one listened to my legitimate concerns; that was so frustrating. He was then sent home to die! He did'nt need to.

I was in for day surgery on my ankle on Withers. The whole process from the early morning check-in, the op and then being allowed home was so well organised. Absolutely lovely nursing and surgical staff all put me at ease, they all do a fabulous job. Thank you to all on Ward 5 who were part of my care.

Patients only allowed one visitor a day and you almost need to be dressed for performing surgery just to visit. Rediculess as everywhere else in the country you don't even need a mask anymore including care homes. It's not right that people can't visit their relatives. Get a grip hospital's. Covid is here to stay its just like a flu now everybody's had it, do have it or will get it. Its time we got used to the fact its here to stay. Restricting everyone won't stop it so why cause more agony to family's.

I first had the pleasure of attending this hospital a couple of years ago when l attended withers and after tests and xrays it was confirmed l had rheumatoid arthritis. The medication I'm on has been a God send. I've also had shoes made for me which have made walking much easier. The staff are great

My partner ended up very unwell recently and was admitted into Musgrave and the nurses and Drs were all brilliant. 1st class, especially Wendy and Mary Jo in Rheumatology. The genuine care and compassion provided during her stay was inspiring. Thankyou.

Had Phlebotomy appointment today in the lovely, new unit. Thanks to Nurse Patricia for doing an amazing, pain free job of taking my bloods. In spite of the pressure that exists in the NHS and the affect it has on services and morale, it’s good to know that nurses, doctors and support staff are still able to smile and provide a professional and caring service. Highly recommend.

The Neurology Unit is lovely and bright, the rooms and bays are very clean, the food is always great. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. I've been coming here twice a year for two weeks at a time since the new unit opened and never had any problems.

Thankfully I have only required hospital treatment on a small number of occasions, after treatment in the Royal I was transferred to Musgrave, if you require their type of treatment, it has to be the number one hospital in N Ireland, all the staff 10 outta 10

The Metropolitan Boutique Residences were a stylish haven in the heart of the city. The residences' contemporary design and upscale amenities provided a luxurious urban escape. Our suite was spacious, and the city views were spectacular. The concierge was attentive and offered fantastic suggestions for experiencing the city's cultural scene. A stay here is a taste of urban opulence.

What an excellant team at Withers….. It was with a lot of fear and trepidation that I was admitted on the morning of 20/04/23 to MPH. To have my long awaited and much needed TKR surgery . However my stay with you proved that I should not have worried about anything that was ahead of me . From the minute I entered the reception/admissions that morning to my return home I was impressed by all the staff at Musgrave from Admin, porters ,domestics ,nurses ,auxiliaries, physios ,pharmacists ,x-ray staff , doctors anethsetists and surgeons who were all polite ,caring and personable in their approach to me and my family ,each one of them fulfilling their role very efficiently and professionally putting me at ease. The standard of care provided both clinically ,practically and emotionally by the staff in ward 4A where i was admitted to post surgery was second to none . All patients were cared for in a professional manner and even though short staffed over that weekend we never missed our pain medication or personal care ,which was always delivered with a smile and a kind word. Ward 4a delivers the sort of old fashioned nursing care that does not always be delivered in society today ,were the staff treat each patient as an individual and provide the care needed to keep that patient comfortable.Nothing is too much bother for them and no question too silly or stupid . The information given on discharge is well explained and the contact details for after care or emergencies if needed fully detailed . It is clear to me that ward 4a is run extremely efficiently with a great team of nursing staff and for that deserves praise and thanks . If I ever need to return to MPH I will not be anxious again .
