Great concept. You grill your meat by yourself and the siders was great! Host was a great guy and the beer was fitting.

Nice place, owner came and suggested daily Meats, you can even try kangaroo meat🙂 Sauces are great, Gratin and sides are fine. Some meat are really good.wished there was sea salt.😏 With a nice bottle of wine "Côtes du Rhone" we were 5 and average of 28€ per person

A very nice place with cool atmosphere, the whole experience is simple and enjoyable, you get to grill the meat on your table with different salads and sauces and potatoes side dish. The cheff or the owner was the type of person you want him to be in every resturant, very nice and welcoming. If you come to Liege, you must try this resturant.

Highly recommend for those who are looking for short list of menu instead of one page long list. No hard choices. Good for the indecisive. Homey grandma's from the north food. Generous. This was fun! If you love meat and a quirky vibe come to Les Sabots. Are like champions, it's good fun to bbq your dinner at your table. Huge range of meats available. Didn't break the bank either. 70 odd people bbqing does mean it gets a little smokey though!

A great experience. Indoor diy barbecue (on each table) with choice of good quality meat. Accompanying salad and potatoes are refilled on request. Also good selection of wines. Highly recommend.

The place to be. Definitely the place to do in Liège, all the people are nice with you, the meat is.... Melting in the mouth 😋, and you cook by yourself the meat (quite easy no worries) All the crudity are savage, made from home, do not hesitate to re-ask for the concumber ! A wonderful place !

If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere but busy,having drinks and noise talks ….pretty much like when you miss a barbecue day with great meat and a bunch of friends,this is the perfect place for it…..we love it but you shouldn’t expect to feel like in a fancy place with a great variety of vegetarian/vegan menu 🤪
