We are here due to work and love the location. There's lots of amenities, park, dog park, pool, small walking trail. It's also very clean and quiet, that being siad there's tons of rules so be prepared for that. We like the safe area and it's perfect distance from any loud cities. Bathroom and laundry are very clean and well cared for. The gal at the office is very kind! The downside to staying here: There's no tree coverage and they have a strick no window AC unit rule. This is Texas, today is over 100° and without shade from trees, your rv is baking in the sun from sun up to sun down! It's impossible for an RV A/C to keep up with the heat. Would definitely stay here again, only in the winter months unless the AC rule gets revised, my poor kids and pets are not enjoying this at all. Also, not that there's anything anyone can do about it, but there are TONS of spiders here. Big ones. Gave us a huge fright at the kids' park when one about the size of my palm came running. We've done our best to spray our spot and fill holes/ remove nests, but they just keep coming back. If you have arachnophobia, this may not be the best place for you. We are first timers with our travel trailer and Tammy and her crew have been nothing short of amazing and helpful. The resort is incredibly clean! Everyone is extremely friendly. Our dogs love the bark parks! Very convenient location - near anything we could need, but far enough out to see some stars and hear the crickets at night! So many amenities make Basin RV Resort in Belton feel like home.

Best RV Resort we have ever stayed in. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Loved the multiple bark parks for our dogs. Restrooms and showers are very clean. Pool was very nice. Power water and septic were very easy to hook up. Camp sites were easy to pull in and very level. I would recommend staying here we plan on staying here again.

Our son stayed at Basin RV for two years while in college at UMHB. The park is so clean and the management keeps the grounds beautiful!! The park is safe and gated for keypad entry. Tammy and her team ensure the individuals at the park keep their area clean and tidy. Tammy also goes above and beyond for those that stay in the park. My son had left the water running in the kitchen sink without the drain open, which caused water to run over I the sink. Her team noticed water coming out of our RV and they called me, were able to get in and shut off the water. Then they jumped right in and started mopping up the water. By the time my son returned from campus, they had the water off the floor. She was the BEST is all I can say. Thanks for a great couple of years!!

We were traveling and trying to find a place to hook up for a few days before the 4th of July Holidays. There was no availability in the RV parks around the area, so I called Basin RV for availability. Luckily, Ms. Tammy could accommodate us on short notice, easing our worries. The RV Park is nice and quiet; their facilities are super clean. They even scheduled a food truck and free snow cones/funnel cakes for those camping here. The family and I will return here the next time we pass through Belton.

Main reason I chose this rv resort was bc of it's security gate, safety always comes first! I really, really liked this place & enjoyed my stay here! Calm, quiet, serene & beautiful sunsets!! All facilities were kept extremely clean & in working order. Lawn maintenance is top notch! I've been to dozens of RV parks & this one exceeds all expectations & everyone from office staff to maintenance were extremely kind! I hated to leave, so I know I'll be back someday...!! I'm going to miss Food truck Friday's!

This place was great! We stayed here 5 weeks with a dog. It was quite! The dog parks were great. And the pool was amazing! Would definitely recommend!!

This place is a great community. Lots of friendly people. The group that kept the place going was very welcoming and helpful. The shower area was the best,very private, and always super clean. I'm new to Rving so I hope I didn't break any rules. Thanks for a great experience.

First stay at this park. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape around the office & pool area! We sat in the hot tub for a bit to relax & unwind. Very friendly & would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you! ❤️

We stayed at Basin RV for a few months and cannot say enough good things about them. From the customer service to the trails and bark (dog) parks, top notch. They even backed our camper in for us! Would live here again and definitely recommend for weekend travelers to stop in and enjoy the amenities (pool, laundry rooms, rec areas and more). Oh and don’t forget the free donuts and food trucks on Fridays!

Love this place! Very clean, great amenities (two clubhouses, walking trails, multiple dog parks, great pool, and more). Very, very clean facility with pretty roomy sites. RV sites are gravel but actually are very level. Place is gated, which is nice. Then there’s the staff and people.. Can’t say enough about both Tammy and Lisa…very friendly, helpful, and informative. Thank you! Also, the people that were staying at the campground that we interacted with were all very nice, outgoing, and respectful. At night, this place was as quiet as a mouse in a church. Only about a 7minute drive to downtown Belton…nice and convenient. This is now one of our go-to parks for getting away for a long weekend!

I stayed at the RV resort from Jan through Sept. This place was great. I felt safe, and had zero issues. Tammy, who runs the operations out here, was great. This place is definitely one I will visit again when I’m back in the area. If you’re looking for a friendly, safe place to stay in this area, I HIGHLY recommend it. This place is absolutely amazing!! From the beginning of finding us a spot for the weekend to allowing us to add an extra day due to weather on the way home!! Staff was super helpful and the other guests were very very friendly and helpful as well!! My 7 year old son absolutely loved this place there was so much for him to do! He loved the park and mostly the pool!! The bathrooms/showers were very good and very very clean!! This is the cutest Rv park we have stayed at to date!!! The Wi-Fi works fast no lagging! This place wants me to do full time camper life!! The shed by the park is also neat! This place is a definite stay and we will for sure be back!!! Thank you so much Belton staff and residents for your help and an enjoyable stay!!!!

My husband and I have done a lot of traveling throughout the United States. Yes, RV Park is pristine! The shower and bathrooms are all in one room! Totally immaculate! We are marking this on our map for future travells, the office manager, was very pleasant and helpful! It was almost her closing time, and Time to go home. But, she made sure that I received all the information I needed to enter the campground after the office was closed. Thank you for a wonderful night stay

This is a nice clean and well cared for rv park. Tammy is great and very helpful. The shower rooms are modern and spotless. Nice pool, hot tub, and 3 dog parks. The only thing it needs is more trees.

We had a great time during our stay at Basin RV Resort in Belton. Great ease of access, excellent care of the facilities and very friendly staff. Used the pool several days and had an enjoyable time. We will be back in the future.

This RV park & grounds were very well kept & clean. Nice park for families w/ children bc they have a pool, hot tub, dog park & playground area. We would stay here again♥️

Our first time at Basin RV! Fabulous experience! We were having a family get together for several days and Tammy was so accommodating to our needs. Plus we had an issue when we were leaving and asked if we could extend for a couple of hours and she was a sweetheart about it. The pool area is lovely, rec room inviting, and bathrooms are some of the best we've seen anywhere! Easy in and out of the campground for big rigs. We will definitely stay here again when visiting this area!

This is one of the most beautiful, restful, and relaxing RV park in the area. When you sit outside you hear birds and that’s it. There is a tree lined trail cut into the property with little bridges and magical lights strung up in the trees. The amenities are amazing and clean and there is ICE! You won’t regret staying here short term or long term.

My family and I chose this park for it’s safe location and proximity to work, but what we got was so much more! Rick & Tammy were so welcoming & helpful with us getting settled. The park is very clean, quiet, & has everything you need! There’s a little office ‘store’ with essentials, an immaculate shower house, laundry facilities, rec room, pool, hot tub, playground, fire pits & dog parks. They have food trucks on Fridays and a community patio area with tv, chairs, and games to play! They also host holiday gatherings & family friendly activities. Traffic is minimal & everyone abides by the speed limit; so I feel safe riding my bike & pulling my kids in the wagon! There’s a little workout station next to the playground which is perfect for me to get some activity in along with the kiddos. We love spending time here! All of the staff & guests are so friendly. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for the night, the weekend, or long term- look no further! My only complaint is that we’ll be disappointed with wherever we go next because this will be hard to beat! :-)

This park is very and clean. Nice grass lawns at each site. There is a dog park but we can't use it because the fence is made out of cattle pen. The squares are so big our little dogs go right through them. They need to add chicken wire around the bottom to cover the big squares. Other than that we will be back. Oh they do have a pool. And it's close to town.

Not a bad park at all to tour; bathrooms are clean, and smell good. There are areas to pick up mail for long-term residents. There is a pool, hot tub, recreational room with a pool and poker table, a fire pit, grill area, and a dog park. The pool is not huge, but it is enough to play in, the hot tub is a basic one. Bark park leaves much to be desired as it is small.

Very well kept. Dog park is very clean no worries on stepping on dog poop. Staff is very kind and helpful. First time in a camper and they helped and explained a lot of the questions I had. Overall a must stay destination. So glad we picked this place. To the staff I thank y’all, park is very well managed!!

This is a great place to stay and is very clean. Lots of amenities and continuous updates were being completed when we stayed there. Tammy & staff were super accommodating and were always available to help if we needed it. You won’t find a nicer RV park in the area!

Huge shout out to Tammy. By far the best RV resort host we have ever come across and we have been to a lot of places. Thinking about going here? the pool is awesome, the grounds are well-kept extremely clean. Staff during business hours was happy to help get parked the the best spot to utilize your whole space. Great park. Very clean and well cared for. Office staff as sweet as can be. The laundry room is the best I’ve seen yet! Extremely clean. Very safe and has a gate. We would stay here again for sure. I only took one picture as we were leaving. I should add that the Texas Two Step Burger from the Lone Star Burger food truck there on Fridays was delicious!

Basin RV Resort was just the perfect place for us to land during a baseball tournament in the area. I couldn’t get over how clean and well taken care of everything was! We prefer to use the restrooms and shower facilities when we take our trailer camping and not only did you have your own private shower/bathroom, they were SO clean! There were lots of yard games and things for our 4 kids to do but most of all they loved swimming in the pool! We met some “full timers” who were so nice and made us feel at home. And our pup got to enjoy TWO bark parks! But most notable of the whole experience was Tammy. She was incredibly accommodating and kind. She was always very quick to reply to any communication we had. Excellent customer service! We can’t wait to come back for a longer period and really take advantage of the playground, covered outdoor hang out space, and the rec room!
