I would give zero stars if possible. By far the worst Starbucks I've been to. Their beverages taste totally different then the exact same beverage you order from any other Starbucks. They always se to be in a panic bit at the same time they drag their feet and you wait 20 minutes for your drink after waiting 20 minutes in line to order, if I have to wait that long I would at least like my beverage to taste halfway decent

Sat in line for over 30 minutes and when I came to me ordering they closed off the drive through lane after the vehicle in front of me then I went inside and was denied service said they were closing and it’s 11 in the morning very disappointed and will never return to that Starbucks again

This is the third time my order has been wrong and all they ever do is argue back and not even correct the order, just go to the CRDAMC location if you want Starbucks

I haven't had an issue with them; friendly and courteous staff, beverages were as expected. Yes, they can be slow (up to 20 minute waits) but it is of no fault of their own; AAFES should ensure there is more than 2 employees at any given time (most Starbucks are staffed with 4-5 people on average.

Like others have said, this is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever!! Four cars in the drive thru will take half an hour. There seems to be only 2-3 people working there, and they've always been nice, but they need more training. I order the coffee frappuccino, which doesn't come with whipped cream. I specifically ask for no whipped cream, and they still add whipped cream! They don't bother looking at what's written on the cup. The frappuccinos are also extremely icy, so you can't even drink them. This happens almost every time. Also, they don't make drive thru drinks in order. After waiting in the long drive thru line, I'll pull up to the window and see my frappuccino sitting there half melted. (One time, I waited nearly 5 minutes at the window while the cashier dealt with another issue, but my drink was sitting at the window.) Or, I'll see other people's frappuccinos sitting at the window, but wait for them to make mine. Definitely worth the longer drive to use another Starbucks.

Rachael & Juliann were the best! My pour over coffee was perfect for a long night on duty. They even took my order just before closing.

Why is their no number for this place ? Why is the place understaffed ???? Why does it take ten minutes to make one drink ? The customer service here is awful !!!!!! Train your employees to do better !!!!!

One star just because the drivethru cashier is rude and has attitude. Idk why he said “hmm when he saw me at the window” like he had something to say I complain about my husband drink(white mocha) last week because my husband said it didn’t taste like it. So I came back to the store and asked if they can make it again. I never gave the cashier attitude but the lady manager was nice and fixed my order. I don’t think he represents Starbucks customer service. Why with the attitude like am I effecting ure paycheck or ure day. I just came in to order my drinks. Cashier lack respect for customers.

Always so slow and not friendly. The drinks never taste like the ones off post. I highly recommend the Starbucks in Copperas cove

Ill give 2 stars because the second drink was a bit better. I ordered a tall caramel frappe and got a blended water with caramel drizzle. Went back and the cashier had some attitude. She offered to put more caramel drizzle and i agreed if it would make it an actual caramel frappe. They ended up making a new one which tasted a *bit*better. This is not the first time this has happened with the watered down Frappuccinos. Perhaps the employees can benefit from some training.

I enjoy the drive thru. I only wish we could order additional already made items at time of check out. I wanted to add a Banana Bread Loaf to my order at the window when I was paying by credit card and was told I could park and come inside for additional item. I declined the offer due to time restaint on my part, on my way to an appointment early in the morning before 7am. Hopefully this "policy" can be changed. To let drive thru customers add ready made items to order at time of check out.

Under staffed during the busiest parts of the day. Severely understaffed. so slow, so painfully slow for the service. Because they're so under staffed they rush everything out and it's not as good as it could be. I recommend going to the one at the hospital its way better.

If the company did a person of the week my vote would be Salvation she always makes the most amazing original drinks for me (or let’s me believe it) thanks again FtHood Starbucks
