The process of buying a new bedroom suit was very quick and easy at this location. The customer care representative, Miriam was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable, very patient, passionate about helping the customer, and just gave me some good advice about choosing a bed. Miriam, walked me through the process since I hadn’t had a new bedroom set in decades. I felt comfortable at the store because they offered customers a café bar with coffee, water, cookies, ice cream, you name it! I had a really great experience, and I would recommend this store to anyone that’s looking for beautiful furniture, great customer care, a little desert on the side, and just a great management team. My girlfriend and I just got our own apartment so of course we need furniture. We had an appointment, and as soon as we walked in the door Miriam was right there ready to help. She was amazing and really knew how to explain everything and break prices down for us. Highly recommend and will be returning very soon.

Miriam is such an amazing sales person. We has went back in July to make a purchase and the only reason why I went back to this store was because of her. She's so nice and helpful. She really does know her products and that's a plus. You can see how much other customers love her because everything I go she's the only one busy. I recommend you ask for her if you go in.

It is actually quite simple to place an order here and get delivery. They were very helpful with figuring out what was best for me. The financing program is actually very good. Even if you don’t qualify they have options. Rafael Morales did a wonderful job navigating me through the steps. I appreciate his help. And Bob’s furniture is my go too—for my home needs.

I may have had a good experience if I wouldn’t have been shadowed by the sales guy. Not to mention he came making a noise with his mouth. Kinda weird. He had asked I. The entrance what we were looking for and we said that we were just looking. That should’ve been queue to leave us alone. Prices were decent so we may have purchased but no one wants to be looked at while you’re looking for something intimate, as a bed. Don’t have time to type a review so I won’t say more pluses. This money is being spent elsewhere.

I had a Good Experience. Living room set i purchased was reasonably priced. Good quality. Sofia, helped me out. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

It’s a very nice and friendly furniture store, Leticia was very helpful and explained the difference of the sofas we were looking for, prices are reasonable. The manager was very nice and explained the insurance protection.

Our sales person was very patient and knowledgeable and tried his best to help us find exactly what we were looking for. After our house fire a year ago, we are now moving back and needed to refurnish it. We were able to get EVERYTHING for a 5 bedroom home in just one visit. 7 beds, living room set, dining room set, 5 chests, 5 night stands, 2 recliners, and a beautiful fireplace. We are so excited because they will begin delivering in just 4 days from the time of our purchase. A big thanks to the manager on duty as well, she waited until we were done, which was way past closing time. We appreciate your time and patience.

I liked the showroom, the lady that helped us out was very nice even if it was a little weird just having her follow us around while we tried the show pieces. Not her fault, she was just trying to be helpful, but there's so many sales people you most definitely get one to yourself. They also had refreshments while we shopped water & snacks. Very welcoming. After seeing their good prices on mattresses, I went in to look. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, explained warranties and delivery details. The store was clean, modern and beautifully arranged. I made a purchase of a full memory foam mattress and a twin mattress. The price was awesome and just right. They do offer interest free financing for those who wish to finance. I was very happy with my purchase and will definitely visit them again for future furniture needs.

Worst experience with furniture. 1) we were quoted 4-6 week delivery time and it was delivered after that period 2) the delivery people literally left the couch inside the box in my living room and then lied on their report saying that my mother told them to leave it as is inside the box 3) not even 2 weeks after getting the couch delivered, a leg breaks off. Take a look at how it’s the actual leg that came off the screws from the metal plate that they came screwed to. I would never shop here again. Nothing but issues with them.

I went to the furniture store during this holiday weekend when all financing banks were closed . The representative that assisted me Ligia Celis was very helpful she went above and beyond in helping call the financing bank to ensure I would get qualified for the furniture purchase. I also change my mind twice about the furniture order I had placed and she assured me in making all the changes. She was awesome!

Bought a whole bed set at a good price. Irma made the process of my purchase very easy. They were also supposed to be delivering until next week but they were able to give us a sooner date. I am excited for my new set!

LESS than honest when describing their return policy in person, and they know it. "Folks, if you don't like the furniture you can simply call us and we will pick it up or just the parts you don't want...NO charge! We want it to look good in your home... ....but your not getting your money back. Feel free to choose from these rugs - cuz everyone needs a $600 rug. Thankfully we skipped the professionally named "goof proof"

Great customer service. Karym was so eager to help, very informative. Didn't feel pressured like how you do at other furniture stores. Loved that they had a complimentary Cafe shop my kids had doubles on ice cream and snacks. Made the process easier.

Im not keen on going in to stores now a days as you can find everything online have it shipped to your door and call it a day. I just so happened to be in the area and decided to stop bu to look at a sleeper and compare pricing. Soon as I walk through the door I get greeted by this wonderful lady Ms. Miriam. Right away offered to help if I needed something or if I was looking for something in particular. I told her what I wanted and she showed me every option they had on display and even went above and beyond to check what they had online and what was Readily available to make sure if I were to order it didn’t fall in to a back order. Hands down the best shopping experience I ever had and all because of her and how helpful she was.

Prices vary in quality in all products from bedroom ,bathroom, kitchen, living room etc. Rafael is knowledgeable with all proudcts sold at Bob's Furniture. Made my decisions easier to make and helped me stay with in my budget. Make sure to ask when and if all products are available. Will return in the future for next purchase.
