It’s a amazing and huge mall but most of the days are very very empty and I sometimes wonder how is Soho mall still open since not a lot of people shop here because is mostly high end brands such as Louis Vuitton, Rolex and much more. Overall, a very spacious mall with plenty of sitting areas and the bathroom are very huge and pretty clean since not a lot of people goes to Soho Mall to hangout. 🛍 🛒 🎥 🍿 My final thought is they should do more advertisements or events in Soho mall to attract more costumers so the mall looks more lively and beautiful. 💭

This place is believed to have the most expensive shopping center of Latin America, In my walking to find the most outstanding buildings of Panama City, I had to consider this tower because of it curious shape like a hair cutting machine, and the structure maximum height of 207 meters. There is a secondary building that haven’t been finish yet due to a problem the owners are having with the state and most of the time there is no lights or few.. so I hope things get better to this situation

Great place to eat with family or friends. Has: a great view of the city, polite waiters, free parking, reasonable prices for big sushis, etc. Highly recommended.

This is the empties mall I have ever seen! If you want to shop at Luis Vuitton, Valentino or buy a Rolex, you might find something…almost all other stores (~90%) are out of business and closed down. a little sad for a nice big place like this…maybe the management should lower the rent for the store to bring back life!

Pretty much empty mall, a few high end stores but everything else is closed but unsure if it's temporarily closed or permanently closed. A few restaurants open but if you're a tourist, this is a skip.

Soho city center mall is one of the most beautiful shopping malls i have ever been in. It has four or five or more levels of high-end fashion stores. This Mall is super clean with marble floors and long quiet escalators. The Mall has security outside the main doors. My main issue with this Mall and the creepiest thing was there was absolutely no one at all in the Mall. All the stores were open with sales associates inside but there were no customers walking around. We were the only ones walking outside of any of the stores and it was only 4:00pm in the afternoon.

Really great service and a lovely atmosphere even though it’s located in a busy mall. I absolutely enjoyed my Panda roll for dine-in and I took home the Yakimeshi Mixto which was also delicious. I wish I could try everything on their menu-everything looks so good! *I went to the Multiplaza location*

This was one of the best sushi places that I have been to. The rolls were very large, one of the largest I have had. The fish was GREAT quality which is always a plus and there was a variety of different food. The menu was cool to look through. It was in the form of a magazine. I didn't expect that much just because it was in a mall which was very empty at the time we arrived but I was happily surprised. We had the salmon sushi pizza, then two large rolls, Pad Thai, and a soup. It was plenty of food and all of the rolls were fantastic. The food was all really good and we were able to sit in the section outside. The weather was perfect and the views of the city were fantastic. We went Sunday night so it felt like we were the only ones there beside another table that was far away. They had seats at the bar, indoors, outdoors, and had lounge chairs to suit anyones needs. The place was a little tough to find in the mall as its located on the 2nd floor and it was slightly tough to find from the car park. There was parking located downstairs and I'm assuming you have to pay to park, however the machines were broken when we came so we didn't have to pay.

Soho Mall was originally set-up as an upscale shopping and dining center. This, my first visit there, wasn't for shopping; instead, it was to participate in a Japanese gastronomic festival. Having spent a cumulative of six months in Japan on business trips, I had become an avid lover of Japanese food. First, the Mall: I was stunned by the low level of people-traffic for a Saturday afternoon; then, I noticed that there was a low occupancy rate of rented space. Also, although the interior was built with expensive materials, the interior ambience was more akin to that of a mausoleum than to a commercial center bent on attracting potential shoppers. All of this did force me to recollect about the Mall's owner's problems with the US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) which forced the owner to rollover the Mall's administration into a fiduciary administered by a local bank; this rollover allowed OFAC to lift its restriction of US citizens and US based companies from doing business with the Mall and its owner. NOTE: Presently, a legal suit for more than US$1 billion, filed by the owner against that fiduciary bank, is making its way through Panama's fragile and chaotic judiciary system. Second, these are my assessments of the Japanese gastronomic festival: a) Very limited offer of main dishes; thus, I settled for two types of ramen soups accompanied with a dry white wine which was chilled at home and preserved at 60°F in a lunch kit with a loaded "therapeutic" ice bag. 😊 b) A wide and interesting assortment of desserts; however, I am not a big dessert person. c) Tables were not provided for eating; thus, along with other participants, I sat on the floor of a passage way that connects two sections of the Mall. d) I was hoping to buy a few bags of high-quality Japanese green tea but none was on sale. e) The planning for people-flow within the food-sale and sake-beer area was disorganized and even dangerous (only one 10-foot entering and leaving section for an area that handled a substantial number of people during the course of the Festival). In summary, having traveled over 60 miles from Colon City, for me this was a wasted day. Nevertheless, I invite you to enjoy a few of my images that were captured at the Festival.

Very nice shopping mall. Sadly it’s very empty, just a handful of stores - even given it’s city center location. The mall hosts some good restaurants, which are have terrace areas as well with some good views.

This is a pretty new building. Has a few really nice restaurants inside, a gym and a few “fancy” high end stores. But must of the commercial locals are closed (read more about Panamá papers and Soho Mall in google if you are interested in learning the reason why haha). It has a lot of parking spaces for a few $$$. Good place to scape the panamenian heat for a while. Not my favorite mall but it’s in really good conditions.

The mall is open but not many shoppers you see here mostly Banistmo Bank is the one who is active as they have the Main office shifted here rest none of the shops are doing good the advantage is that parking is free but that too is empty most of the time and you feel scared to park and walk till elevator as it's very lonely

  • 4/5 Yar M. 2 years ago on Google
The terraza has a great city view! Just for that, it's totally worth it. It has a very fun party environment with loud music. The problem is that the restaurant next to them is also playing loud music in the terraza, so try to get a table closer to the Dj at Nación Sushi or you'll spend the night with 2 very loud, very different music playing at the same time. Food is delicious and the service is ok.

This place is only good to bring kids to their free to play kids playground. They are not doing correct maintenance on this building. You see water on the floor coming from the top, everytime it rains. So beware of slippery floors, specially around the kids playground. There is nothing else much to see at this place. They do have a cinema though, for the people in need to watch movies and don't want to pay for parking place (which is a maze).

This mall is kind of empty right now. Many stores have closed and no other businesses have opened in their place. There are very few things to do in this mall as it is kind of transitioning to be kind of a "ghost town". I guess the pandemic would be the main cause for stores closing, but one would expect that some other new or different stores would open in replacement. However, this is not the case.

There is nothing in this mall literally had 4-5 floors with 3-4 good stores. This mall is also down the street to Multi-plaza, other than the Louis Vuitton store and a few other luxury brands there is NOTHING in this tumbleweed mall. .We went into the Rolex store we had to be let in two separate doors to see 4 women watches they had NO other watches in the store.

Really nice place but sadly, with no stores, it is dying. Only some big brands still open their doors there, I guess it’s just because of their premium location at the entrance. It is still well maintained and I’m sure that it was magnificent on its peak.
