I hate to say this, but this place is not ready for the kind of promotions they try to provide. I requested 50 wings from a wing promotion they have and just got 45 (just like you can see in the photo). The service from the waitress was Really good and professional. However, we addressed the supervisor and she was so rude and did not show a bit of professionalism. We had to talk to Miss Eleonor, the Manager and was the only one who was able to understand the situation and offer something as simple as "we do apologize for the inconveniences".

I’m a new traveler to Panama so I never knew that you get taxed on your winning under $10, seems ridiculous to me. Then you have to spend a certain amount before you can cash out meaning if you put $30 in you have to play at least $15 or you get a voucher that says no pay. Sad but true

Very spacious, numerous machines and games for your choosing. As low as 50 cents a bet🤯. Great time with friends on the 88 Grand Fortune Machines. Bartenders made awesome drinks and shots.

Disappointed. Can't believe they don't have enough people for the busy hours. Carla did her best, but she was not fast enough and seemed to be distracted or mad. I don't blame her, she couldn't handle the volume of people visiting. After 40 minutes waiting, and still not being able to order anything. I had goed expectations for this visit to Star Bay, but unfortunately today wasn't good at all. Ya'll need to hire more people, and train them better. Poor customer service today.

Not open all night. Staff is extremely friendly and smart. Great TVs and pretty good music. Seems like a good location.

Not a good experience. The manager charged me $18 for two rum and cokes even though we were gambling and she said they were suppose to be free.

Some of the machines have some defect, Most of the machines don't pay nothing.. the discos are better than the casino. The best thing is the Tropicana bar.

They charge a 5.5% fee to cash out. Service is super slow. I asked the floor 3 times for service. Most of the players speak English about 90%. But the dealers don't ! My friend Scott wanted to play black Jack. HE put a $20 on the table to play (1) hand; she handed him chips and said only 4 players can play. The dividers are freaking ridiculous; you can't socialize because no one can hear you. If you have money, you don't need to wear a mask. So freaking obsurd!!

I will never come here again. Not a Casino as you might know it from the USA, Macau, Singapore or so. Only cheap free drinks. Non English speaking staff. Opening hours mentioned, but 1 hour prior closing no more free drinks and no more live tables open. If you invest 100 $ and you play even only 1 $, you will pay approx. 5.5 % taxes on your „win“ being equal to 5.5 $.

i loved the casino and the live music. Offered a lot of different machines. However the service to get a drink was just awful.. and the music can be a little too loud at times

There's not much here. There are lots of slot machines and a few card tables that are closed during the day. Well maintained, though.

Small casino only 3 tables open plus a roulette table. I had a Panama light beer for 4.50 including tip. Put $5 in a slot machine, down to my last spin and I won 96 bucks! Cashed out, casino keeps 7%, assuming that's Panama's cut. Great time for me

It's okay. Seating is limited and expensive for shows. Food consists of typical bar type fried food.

One of the more upscale casinos with entertainment etc and is situated in the Hilton Hotel by the bay. We had better luck at the slots at Bingo 91!

Much better places for entertainment in Panamá City. It was a ghost town on a weekend.

Has fallen on hard times and struggles to keep doors open.
