Great location but kind of a sketchy building. You get two sets of keys (one key card, one lanyard with a key on it to open the front door) and that is honestly quite annoying if you go out. Nothing screams tourist like a lanyard around your neck. When you lose the key card, they charge you $20 USD - half of the price of a one night stay in this place. Absolutely ridiculous, as such a plastic card doesn't even cost 1 USD. The elevator didn't work one day and there was barely any soap in the room to shower, wash your hands or wash your hair. So take your own shampoo or soap with you! There's not really a reception, but the girl at the reception is friendly and through WhatsApp they reply fast and stay friendly. The location is nice but all in all I think there's much better options to book your stay in Panama.

I had a great night here ! Comfortable bed, A/C worked amazingly well and the hot hot showers wonderful after a long day of travel. For the price it's truly a value and you can walk to everything you need. Front staff was helpful and accommodating. I was allowed an early check in as I arrived unwell. Blessings for this courtesy!! ~ thank you again 🙏. * They are doing reconstruction of the roads in front of the hotel. It did not interupt my stay at all but arriving taxis and Ubers can be slower* Plan in advance 12/2018 **

Really enjoyed the Saba. The room was simple, small, trendy and a great break from the heat. TV had 2 English channels and some good Latin choices. Sabrina at the front desk was sweet and sort of bilingual. The hotel has neat common areas and a tiny restaurant with delicious breakfast. My view could have been better, I was looking out at a parking lot but I will be back here in the future.

I had a 3 nights 4 days stay at tge saba, was a comfortable stay expect the elevator was not working from when i checked in to when I checked out and every day i came back from shopping I had to walk up 4 flight of stairs with heavy bags to get to my room... also when I reach to my room the door key does not work so i have to go back downstairs with my heavy bags for the front dask to reset the wifi on the key or something... (no one offers to take my bags to my room) didn't do much there tho just sleep and go.

Firstly, check in took over half an hour. Unacceptable. Man was also very rude. When I finally got to my room, opened the door and the room had an AWFUL ODOR. I went downstairs to ask for a different room, and the same guy at the front desk took another half hour and offered no apology. Next room is ok. Bathroom poorly cleaned, but nothing crazy. My girlfriend wanted to come over and nap before we went for dinner. It cost me $30 to allow my girlfriend to come up to the room that I had already purchased. This made no sense to me because her visiting my room causes absolutely $0 increase in overhead cost for them. Man at front desk was also very rude to her. Lastly, I woke up in the middle of the night thirsty and wanted to get some water. HOTEL HAD NO DRINKABLE WATER. What kind of "4 star" hotel doesn't have water? I was pointed to a vending machine with only soda that literally ate $5. To be fair, the late night reception guy was much friendlier and brought some ginger ale to my room. Tl;dr Staff were rude, rooms smell and aren't clean, front desk irrationally charged me, hotel had no water. DO NOT STAY HERE, many many other superior hotels available at this price point. Possibly the worst hotel I've ever been to.

Great hotel in most regards. Staff is mostly very helpful and nice, rooms are clean, well decorated, and do a good job with lighting despite being having larger buildings around the hotel. My biggest complaint is that when I ordered room service I could only get the cheapest plastic utensils possible. I spoke with room service and the front desk saying that I literally couldn't eat my pasta without the fork bending/breaking and still couldn't get a real fork (or even a plastic one that wasn't the cheapest type possible). I had to go down the street to another restaurant and pay 50 cents for a set of better plastic utensils in order to eat what was otherwise a decent meal. On a lesser note, I also ordered 2 Heinikens and was given a Heinikin and a Miller since they didn't have any more Heinikins. All in all, my biggest disappointment was that I couldn't give them a 5/5.

Good value for the room. Stayed one night. The room was clean, there was two bottles of water with a mini fridge. Close to the metro and lots of restaurants.

This is my go-to place every time I come to Panama for work or to visit friends. It is located in the perfect neighborhood and the staff makes you feel at home. I would not stay anywhere else.

Best Service/Food in Panama! You have to eat the sea bass ceviche, lasagna & the steak! Very pretty restaurant with great atmosphere.

Clean and cozy....but construction was being done in front of the hotel during my visit....this made getting inside tricky since the cab could not go to that side of the street....I was lucky enough to have the help from some of the construction workers who brought my bags across the street and into the hotel.... that also sums up the people experience I had in Panama...everyone was friendly and willing to help.... the food was amazing and there are many options to choose from....one funny fact....Subway has the monopoly on fast food here...smh....go figure
