Firstly,
check
in
took
over
half
an
hour.
Unacceptable.
Man
was
also
very
rude.
When
I
finally
got
to
my
room,
opened
the
door
and
the
room
had
an
AWFUL
ODOR.
I
went
downstairs
to
ask
for
a
different
room,
and
the
same
guy
at
the
front
desk
took
another
half
hour
and
offered
no
apology.
Next
room
is
ok.
Bathroom
poorly
cleaned,
but
nothing
crazy.
My
girlfriend
wanted
to
come
over
and
nap
before
we
went
for
dinner.
It
cost
me
$30
to
allow
my
girlfriend
to
come
up
to
the
room
that
I
had
already
purchased.
This
made
no
sense
to
me
because
her
visiting
my
room
causes
absolutely
$0
increase
in
overhead
cost
for
them.
Man
at
front
desk
was
also
very
rude
to
her.
Lastly,
I
woke
up
in
the
middle
of
the
night
thirsty
and
wanted
to
get
some
water.
HOTEL
HAD
NO
DRINKABLE
WATER.
What
kind
of
"4
star"
hotel
doesn't
have
water?
I
was
pointed
to
a
vending
machine
with
only
soda
that
literally
ate
$5.
To
be
fair,
the
late
night
reception
guy
was
much
friendlier
and
brought
some
ginger
ale
to
my
room.
Tl;dr
Staff
were
rude,
rooms
smell
and
aren't
clean,
front
desk
irrationally
charged
me,
hotel
had
no
water.
DO
NOT
STAY
HERE,
many
many
other
superior
hotels
available
at
this
price
point.
Possibly
the
worst
hotel
I've
ever
been
to.
