These guys are irresponsible. I have asked to replace the damaged heartbeat sensor cable of my indoor rowing machine (within warranty period) but they didn’t not get back after initial check. I understood the difficulties during lockdown period but even after that I got no response. Not recommending the service.

It is a very bad experience ordering online. I placed an order through the site on Aug, 25th 2020. I called the showroom to check regarding the order and they said that the stock is over and they are waiting for the next shipment. How is it possible to run out of stock when I ordered the product by paying the full amount online. They take no responsible for such cases and does not care about the customer. At last they delivered the product on Sep, 18th 2020 which it took almost 1 month.

Staff needs to be a bit more customer oriented and attentive. Lots of products but needs to check them before they are delivered to clients.

I complained I haven't got my reserved spinning bike where I paid 5000 Rupees in advsnce. One day later I got a call and they offered me the same bike, but in this case a brand new one, the other one was a demonstration model and very kind with a special discount. Today Roshan abd another young man came in heavy rain and brought my bike. They assembled the bike within 10 minutes, very professional and totally friendly. So my first impression about this shop, which was not good turned at least in a very good experience. I have already tried the bike, it is very good. So, Iam a satisfied customer and will recommand Roshan and his team in Melbourne Avenue. Thank you for taking back the paper and plastic gabbage.

Two showrooms nearby with similar name but owned by different people. Need to make sure you get the brand new ones. I doubt they sold a used reebok since there were plenty of scratches as well they unable to provide me with the original booklets and guides.
