What a truly remarkable place, such a gem of a hotel! This was a fantastic stay, albeit entirely too short. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the service from staff are all without equal. I think my favorite part was the view from the room. It felt like old world meeting new world right out your window and overlooking the local plaza AND the Cathedral de Tepic taking center stage. Incredible! If I had to make mention of an area needing improvement, it would be recommending to guests what and where to go according to their interests, like a concierge. We found (by pure accident) a tour of the city on a bus with a VERY charismatic and flirty tour guide, but this was by chance. A little direction and suggestion would have been helpful. Overall, however, the place exceeded my expectations and deserves the rating they have clearly worked diligently to secure. I highly recommend this place either for a single night, or a short stay. You will not be disappointed. 😊 And ask about the short city tour... it's well worth it!

WOW WOW WOW My experience at this hotel was beyond amazing their customer service is great front desk is friendly and welcoming the entire hotel is very clean plus towels and bed sheets are switched out every day which is awesome breakfast comes free with your stay and is served just how you like it it's really great entire staff is very friendly I will definitely be coming back!

AC doesn’t work Slowest Wi-Fi on the planet which is surprising for it being such a high rated hotel Not recommend for business stays

Old School hotel, good staff, clean facilities, off site parking is free and secure. Wifi is OK but but not great. Try to get a room that doesn't face the street as it is quite noisy, it's a major road with lots of busses and collectivos.

Worth a night or two. Needs to offer upgrades to VIPs.

Great place with friendly staff. Had a great room even though it is dated, but with a very comfortable bed. The shower is in a raised tub which means that me being 5ft 9 almost hits the shower head. Wish hotels would get rid of tubs....for the most part no reason to have them.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Tepic!! You are right next to the iconic cathedral which is an absolute must-see!!! The courtyard is beautiful and clean and the staff is very accommodating! The restaurant was awesome just make sure to brush up on your Spanish because there's not very much English speaking staff! Definitely would stay again!!

Unfortunately the check in was not a good experience. I requested a king size and city view...got neither. However beds were comfortable, breakfast was great.

Rooms are fine. Hotel service is good but the restaurant is not. The restaurant service needs urgently attention. Meals came late, AC rooms are not working evenly in the restaurant. The host ladies are a bit rude and the food isn't the best.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the city center. Lobby is nice and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The restaurant and the breakfast that was included with our room was wonderful. It gives you the impression that the rest of the hotel is up to par with what they advertise. The problem is with the rooms. The bedding and mattresses were old and stained. Bathroom towels were frayed. Air conditioning was very noisy. Had the worse hotel night experience of my life. In my opinion the hotel is not worth the four star classification.
