I purchased a bed. Mattress and box spring and sofa! It was nearby and I just moved here! Well the bed is now broken. It lasted 6 months. I’m not finished paying them. I called they sent men out and they took pictures and left! Three weeks later I’m still without my bed and sleeping oddly! Do not buy a bed from here!! Now I’m waiting for someone from corporate to come and repair or look at it!! I begged for a replacement and their response is for me to wait a few more days. It will be 4 weeks in a couple of days! I’m sure they are sleeping well but I’m not!! Don’t buy!!!

I was approached quickly by Casey, who proved to be extremely helpful. I needed a recliner 35" wide or smaller, and he showed me everything he had until he remembered one more that wasn't in the color I wanted, but was otherwise absolutely perfect! Casey was friendly, funny (he made me laugh several times), and patient with me. I'm so glad I went in on a day that he was working...

Ordered items online and received next day delivery with in home set up. Very professional experience. I'm pleased with product and service.

The staff here at this Badcocks store is amazing. I love shopping there. I will truly miss Michelle because she made the store what it is today with her love and affection for the costumers. To me there is NO Badcocks without Michelle. So sorry to hear of the passing of this beautiful soul. She will truly be missed by the Glades Community.
