This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I were driving from Miami and wanted to stop at Belle Glades to eat. We were craving soul food and found Bayan Tree. Omg, the food was amazing. The staff was super friendly and like i said food was amazing and even if your full you must take dessert to go. I highly recommend you come and eat some amazing delicious soul food in a beautiful town with great people. You feel like home.

Great staff, and wasn't busy in and out fast. If you don't see any cars take advantage of it ox tails was on the menu and I might come back for them.

Me and my friend went down there for 4 July he ordered pancakes and grits and I order corn beef hash eggs and grits grits came out with cheese on top of it a slice of cheese the van keys came out cool when he asked for a new pancakes the waitress told himThe waitress told him we will not make you another order of pancakes we just heated up in the microwave here you go also watch your step down bricks a loose

I have eaten here before but recently I waited almost 15 minutes before walking out. 2 or 3 staff on the floor, walking by my table a couple of times. It wasn't super busy. No greeting. No menu.... Bye Bye

Not many options here in town, so to get good food that is more home cooked rather than fast food is 100! Breakfast has been great! Order take out for lunch frequently, salads and sandwiches are really good!! Dining in is always nice when time allows, friendly service and great food! Had the meatloaf sandwich with green beans, soooo good! Also Keem (doing To-Go’s) is always so nice, helpful and ALWAYS gets our order right.

Terrible presentation, no real silverware. You didn't receive what you order. Staff lacking in service.

The Oxtail wasn't bad but it wasn't my favorite. The service over all was excellent and the cream corn was awesome.

I really loved the customer service, I just would like to see better plating (such as the random cheese slice on the grits). Food is quite delicious and the prices are reasonable as well. Would recommend to the tourists or locals passing by.

We had such a great lunch here today! The grilled shrimp and fish was tasty. The collard greens 🥬 were the best I have EVER had. Our server “LISA” was just awesome! Very attentive, kind and fast. I would definitely recommend this local welcoming restaurant 👍🤩

I was not impressed. Food was subpar at best. Judging by the reviews, I was hoping for a good meal. Sadly the people leaving good results do not know what good food is. I gave them two stars because the fries were fairly good. Let's say the pictures look better than it tasted.

Food is average at best. Also, it expensive for the quantity and quality. Pancakes were ok. Eggs were not cook properly and it had egg shelves in it. Nothing special about this place.

Food was good if the order was what I got and not a mixed up clam,my whole family order were worn and the service was decent.

I love the grits but whoever does the eggs they need to do a better job. I like mine over easy with a runny yolk but usually they always end up cooking them a little too much for my liking. Therefore I just stick to the grits.

The food was very good. Service was ok nothing special. The worst experience of my life. The manager and one of the waitresses got in a nasty verbal confrontation very unprofessional. The manager should be fired.

Shoot what can I say? If you ever find yourself in this post of the world you most definitely need to stop by and stuff your face with some good ol’ southern cooking. Competitive price with uncompetitive taste. I have to hit this spot at least once a year but would go more often if I lived in the area.

Prices are super ridiculous, 13.00 for a ham and cheese omelet, 1 omelet, 1 orange juice and 1 coffee, $20.90 a ripp off, they started charging Palm Beach Island prices in a place that's only worth 12.00

We stopped on our way thru town. Everyone was very pleasant and the waitress really cute and vivacious. The food was served hot!! Homemade meatloaf was great and tender succulent porkchops. Real good food. Great prices, but wow! You better be really hungry....huge portions!

Good soul food

This place is a hit or miss. I ordered a chicken salad it was $6 or $7, not a big deal. However, when I opened the box I could see the bottom of the plate meaning there was a little lettuce and when I inquire about more the response was... "You want more lettuce than that!" The fast food restaurants have a more appealing salad than here. They lost a customer for good with that remark. Remember I pay for food its not giving to me.

I always thought of this restaurant for breakfast. They do serve up good breakfast platters. But last week I came for dinner. Tried the meatloaf and potatoes. Excellent meal as well.

Small town, simple diner-style restaurant, serving local favorites. Interesting menu choices! Good prices for most items. Happy, friendly-go-lucky server, quick service with a smile. Food kinda as expected, good, generally freshly prepared, depending on what you order. Nice, humble. Happy to support.

Food is great, but only half of the menu items are available most of the time 😞. We changed our orders 2 times because there were no more side dishes. It was around lunch time when we visited. Service was good, food was great. Big portions!

Tremendous breakfast choices. Very tasty on my morning stops. Staff is pleasant and does a good job. Prices are reasonable.

The food was delicious, seasoned very well. Nice portions. Our waitress was nice.There is indoor and outdoor seating. The staff wear masks and they even cleaned our outdoor table.There is also a walk up window to order to go.I definitely recommend eating here.

Great home made southern cooking. I actually invited my family to come up and visit. Excellent collard greens, cabbage, pinto beans, green beans, macaroni salad. Actually for me mostly I just eat the sides they are so delicious. Do not be fooled by the external/internal appearance and location. I highly recommend without the shadow of a doubt.
