I’m really happy a Papa Johns finally opened up in Belle Glade. I love ordering the special large pizza with the BBQ wings. 🤤 This location has been one of the cleanest and friendliest Papa Johns I have visited in years. The staff was very welcoming and they ensured my order came out perfect. What I love the most was that my pick up times have always been accurate. Thank you for your service and keep up the great work!

I Normally don’t write review but my experience with this establishment needs to be shared. I called to place an order for pick up last night and was greeted by the sweetest gentleman. Unfortunately, I can’t recall his name. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very indecisive and he was able to help guide me to the perfect pie! I arrived at Papa Johns 15 minutes later to pick up my pizza. The place is very clean and well done. I am Impressed by the level of kindness displayed by the staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. This is now my #1 pizza shop!

Ordered pizza for delivery yesterday…it never arrived. The worst part of this fiasco was our attempt to contact the store. Waited on hold for over an hour and never spoke to a human being. This restaurant has got some problems. Fast forward two days... The manager reached out and rectified things today; we appreciated his sincerity and prompt attention to this unfortunate matter. Here we go again… In town again this weekend (6 weeks later) and decided to give Papa John’s another try. It was a mistake! Another no call-no show delivery. Went hungry again last night, and when I called the restaurant for an explanation (2 hours after placing my order) the employee hung up on me! How does this place stay in business? Don’t order delivery from this abysmal restaurant!

Customer service was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by several employees whom gave me a warm welcome. The cleanliness was exceptional and you can tell that the employees care. I highly recommend this location. Will be returning to this Papa Johns frequently. Thank you!

Not only is this the best Papa Johns experience I’ve ever had, it’s the best experience I’ve had in any pizza joint. The staff were courteous and friendly and had my pizza hot and ready without the long wait times I receive at other locations. Thank god I live in Belle Glade and can frequently return to this location. My kids only eat Papa Johns. They approved! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

My goodness, this place was like no other. From the moment I walked in service was amazing. The quality of the pizza was top notch. I been to a lot of papa John’s but this location was like no other. Definitely going to order from here again.

Phenomenal costumer service!! 3rd time ordering since they opened. All the employees I spoke to were extremely helpful and compliant with all crazy requests. The pizza is perfect every time! I have 3 boys and they love it as well. If you have crazy orders, don’t be shy and tell them! They will definitely accommodate you.

Called in my order and they treated me with great customer service! Upon walking in they greeted me and made me feel more than just “another customer”. The pizza was amazing! Perfectly cut too unlike some other places I’ve been to where it was hard to just pick out a slice. Out of all the papa johns that I’ve been too this one is my favorite and I’ll continue to come here! Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience. Ordered a pizza online and was told when I came to pick it up that they “gave it away by accident” to someone with a similar first name. Then when I discussed with them I still wanted my pizza (mostly because I had already paid online) and they agreed to make a new one (we went over the exact order) I waited an additional 15 minutes to go back in only to find out they “got confused” and never made my pizza again like they said they would. So I had to wait again for 15 more minutes for my pizza. So someone got a free pizza (my original order) and I am sure they came back for the one they ordered too and I am the one waiting 45 minutes and was spoken to rudely the whole time. I have had previous good experiences with this location but this is ridiculous.

Excellent service and food for just opening! I travel to Belle Glade weekly to spend time with my ailing Great Aunt and the food choices locally leave a lot to be desired. This is the best Papa John's pizza I have ever had actually. Thanks, I will be back!

My pepperoni and sausage pizza was excellent... The cheese was perfect and they didn't drown it with pizza sauce.. I am really happy this spot opened up I was tired of Little Caesars being the only option for lunch. Wings were great too.

Finally a place with good service! The staff were wonderful and accommodating. I had a rather complicated order and they filled the order with no complaints or mistakes. Friendly staff. Clean area. Food was hot and I didn’t have to wait too long.

I gave up on Papa Johns a long time ago due to some horrible customer service experiences but with this new one opening we thought we would give it a chance. I am glad we did! I just want to start this saying I am EXTREMELY picky about everything. But this Papa Johns has changed the game! I called in to order these new Papadias because who wouldn’t love a pizza flavored quesadilla? I couldn’t decide between the Buffalo chicken and BBQ chicken so I ordered both. THEY WERE OUTSTANDING! The chicken was tender and the crust was flaky and delicious. The sauces were a great added touch! The guy on the phone was so patient and guided me through every single ingredient to make my decision so much easier. Pick up was a breeze and everyone was wearing their masks. Not only was the customer service phenomenal, but the food is always tasty. And the establishment is always spotless (I’ve gone at different times of the day). I waited until my 3rd order to leave this review and trust me, they will not disappoint!

I did not receive what I ordered online. I ordered a medium original crust pizza with 3 different meats but received a thin crust pizza with no taste.

They always shorting people pizza topping. I ask for extra and never receive it. But they add extra for people they know.

They got my order 40 minutes before close, when I when got there They said They didn't make it cause it was closed, they just didn't want to make it. And it's a very dirty place.

I order a door dash order for pickup. Once I arrived they refused to give me my order and the was already locked it still wasn’t closing time.
