The place is very nice for solo traveler, You get everything you need, and the receptionist were all friendly and helpful. Room was really cozy and clean, really nice stay. The only thing is there is traffic from here to old Quebec City, so prepare some time for it

DON'T LET THE OUTSIDE APPEARANCE DETER YOU. This place looks awful and shady AF from the outside, but the room we had on second floor was basically brand new. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our dog was allowed for the usual 25 dollar fee, and there were 2 gas/convenience stores steps away. The 24hr restaurant next door was also quite good. This place seems to be on an upward swing and I would stay here again if I'm passing through.

Very good for the price! My family and I stayed at EconoHotel twice when stuck on the road, at the brink of sleeping in our car and Felix from front desk found a last minute room for us! The rooms, although a bit dated, are clean and comfortable. The service from all the staff was very efficient, friendly and empathetic towards our situation.

Handy spot, the beds and pillows were very comfortable in our room, simple but great for one night passing through. Took my 2 year old to a local park as there was nothing to do or see there.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel. Zero room service and cleaning. Day 1 I inform the reception that there is no shower gel in my room please get the container filled. He says it is not his duty to do that. Well as a customer, my only comunication is the reception. I believe they are not here just to do the check in and give the magnetic card. Day 2, i remind him(same guy) about the shower gel. He advises me to put a note in my room for the room cleaning guys. Well again as a customer i only have the reception to ask for stuff, right? I wonder what is his job at this place. Plus again zero room service/cleaning in 3 days. Of course i can buy shower gel and shampoo to take my showers but i wonder what do they cover in the price they charge. They hold their name well, 'Econo hotel' and zero customer service. Go somewhere else if you can afford it. I stay here only because I work in the area and have a budget for my accomodation.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND WE BROUGHT THEM HOME). We stayed here for one night on Aug 4, 2023. Air conditioning was not working, door to the hallway was falling off the hinges and ice maker was not working. Left messages for the Manager to contact us as we want a full refund and as of today August 8, we have had no phone call back.

hotel looked very old and dated from the outside. Surprised at the comfort of the room though. Front desk staff need training….not good at all. There was garbage left by a previous customer on the parking lot….asked 3 times at the front desk that they clean it up…not done. OK for the price but not great.

Really has gone downhill the last year or two, especially regarding home cleanliness. Since it is pet friendly, we brought our little dog and he kept finding food and other items on the floor.

Room was very clean, comfy bed, great location, staff very friendly and helpful, quick access to highways and business amenities, great price, pet friendly with a small extra fee. A great find for our trip.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms for the price. Very clean, nice feeling sheets. Decent beds. Spacious bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again. And, in case this matters, I feel safe here travelling as a single woman. It’s well-lit and decent outside.

Bad staff, everyone is very rude and unaccommodating, especially Felix. the place was not clean and everything was not as described. I stayed here for 14 days and the staff Felix was very rude and weirdly inappropriate he made a few sexual references about my appearance and did not seem to care or want to help when I had accomodation or service related questions.... He kept making jokes about how i should call him to bring me towels so he could be a useful servant.. that is until I realized he was being serious...... honestly i am shocked i consider that very unprofessional and disrespectful as a staff.. dont waste your money on an overpriced brthel drughouse ❤️ Furthermore, not only was felix weirdly inappropriate with me, but he was also rude and disrespectful to other costumers i witnessed with my own eyes tell a 50 year old lay she is "ugly and thats why her husband is misrable" because she asked to switch rooms. Then saying " i can do it but i don't want to"

We expected a no frills hotel for the price and by the name but this was on another level. No matter the hotel or motel we expect cleanliness especially 2 years into a pandemic. If you look at the white stain on the decorative bed cover I'm sure you're thinking the same thoughts I thought. It's not only evidence that it was never changed but it's disgusting. The white bed cover also had a brown stain. Luckily there were two beds and we slept in the other one. Things the hotel did well were allowing a late check in, friendly reception staff and the shower gel and shampoo had a nice scent. The bathroom was clean.

Was a decent spot to stay. Was a little worried based on the outside appearance but many rooms have been renovated and quite nice.

The bathroom sink drain was nasty, one of the towels dirty, the fridge was very noisy, we found a hair on the bed. Not worth the money 😪

Cheap, but it feels like it. No phone, a fridge but no microwave, a disgusting sofa with burnt spots, likely from cigarettes. Guy at the front desk made some weird joke about it maybe being free if I come back again, cause he liked women I think? I didn't bother making him repeat.

Stayed here for one night travelling through on our roadtrip. Older, but clean rooms. Great location just off the highway and close to the Quebec-Levis ferry (10mins). Lots of parking which was convenient as we were traveling with a trailer. Mcdonald's and a gas station right across the street made for a quick start the next day.

Great location if you just need a bed to sleep in while driving through. We got there after midnight but still got a room. The room was clean also a little outworn. Have no reason to complain.

Very convenient, clean and a great price. An excellent choice for an overnight on a long road trip. The rooms are dated and showing wear but well maintained. We would stay here again.

Good location just off the highway, staff was pretty friendly but that's where the positives end. While the rooms were clean they were very dated and worn. The washroom was narrow with the toilet reminiscent of a kindergarten bathroom, it sat extremely close to the floor making it very difficult to sit. TV is tiny, in the neighborhood of about 28".

Good customer service. Good Location. Good for the price you pay. Good for overnight stay for a stop over. No breakfast due to Covid and no prepack bag of breakfast.

We always stop here because it used to be so clean. Not the last time, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the place was filthy. We're going through the area again and we WILL NOT be staying here again. Like another person mentioned, there was food on the floor and my dog found it and started to eat it. I told the person at the front desk and he literally shrugged and said 'oh well' because the food was under the bed and would usually be hidden. gross.

This hotel/motel is a diamond in the rough. On the outside, the property was covered with weeds to the point where it looked like it was closed, there's peeling paint, one balcony was missing a railing, there's an old couch outside one room, the parking lot was littered with cigarette butts. The inside was a different world, our room was clean and spacious with a corner jacuzzi tub and plenty of towels. The king sized bed was nicely made up. There were two entrances into the room, leading to the outside or the front hallway. The front desk staff were very nice. I think it would make a world of difference if someone took the time to clean up the outside to make it more inviting.
