If I could give them a zero I would. Many of the fish are in green tanks. The hermit crabs are mostly dead. I'm not certain what's going on, but this should be illegal!!

The clerk took the time to explain the rewards program that can save you a lot of money. Loved looking at all the dogs that owners brought in with them. Very clean store. There was a dog training class going on and a grooming station in the back.

Pretty much a standard PetSmart on the west end of Belleville. We shop this location frequently (about every 2 weeks or so), and have almost always been greeted upon entry. They always seem willing to help and let you know the status of your rewards points @ checkout and whether or not you have any you'd like to spend. Store seems to be kept clean and have never had a bad experience!

starting off the store itself amazing! the grooming part though… both my sisters took their dogs there this past weekend and they refused to trim my sister’s dog’s fur because he was “aggressive” he’s the most loving dog all he does is lick he’s not even a year old yet. and then my other sisters dog they brushed her teeth but refused to clip her nails? once again she’s not even a year old either and never bites people. but my question overall is how can you brush the dogs TEETH (what she “bites” with) but not clip her nails because she’s “biting” ?? and they also refused to trim her fur as well. we’ve brought them here before with no issues and both dogs in one weekend have issues? weird. wont be coming back!

This is a very clean and well kept store. It was nice to see the animals happy and living conditions clean. A bit pricey on all products.

I took my dog there to get groomed they did pretty good. Make sure you take all your paper work.

I would give no stars if that was an option. This store has sold my partner and I sick fish on 2 different occasions which have resulted in losing other fish due to the illness. Twice we have bought fish from this location and both time months apart have infected our tanks. If you choose to shop at this careless establishment stay away from the aquatic animals….

Well all I got was attitude from the girl at the register and just to price match on my chihuahuas little food bowls when it was only matching your price online not another vendor but no high how are you and that I don't even really care it's more the when she just snapped the bag from the bag deal and not even a thank you or have a nice day just nothing really only place I have ever been that didn't even say anything never again there's other to close will got to them
