Solid service, tasty drinks and snacks, and a very cozy space. Grüv is in the same building as the old Wine Tap and benefits from a charming historic downtown Belleville building with exposed brick, unique features, a peek into a spooky old basement, and a brick pizza oven. The patio is my favorite feature of the joint and I'm excited to return in the summer to soak in some rays with friends and cocktails. I made my first visit on a Wednesday night after dinner with a few friends. We arrived later in the evening and saw the crowd dwindle out. The patio is covered (early April) and glowing outdoor heaters are spaced out. We had a table right beside the brick oven pizza and watched the coals burn out while we sipped on our martinis. They offer specials throughout the week, so we enjoyed buy-one-get-one half-off martinis and ordered a flatbread margherita pizza to share. The pizza wasn't special, but it filled our bellies. The drinks were well-made, unique, and delicious.

First time trying and it was pretty good. Drinks were better than the food. I would recommend overall

Menu items are fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. We ordered the Bruschetta, Lump Crab Spinach Dip, and the short rib pizza. Everything was amazingly prepared and delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

I didn't have the money to try the food, not because it was expensive, rather because I'm not currently working. However, I had a couple of Kentucky mules that were delicious, served in a copper mug that was ice cold and the mixologist was super friendly never pressured me for payment took her time to ensure the drink and presentation surpassed my expectations. I live 2 blocks away, when I can afford to I will definetly go back and highly recommend stopping in there for a drink.

The back patio here is the real super star. The wine menu is vast. They offered a wine flight, but it other that giving suggestions of whether we wanted red or white, sweet or dry, they gave no hints as to what would be served. Even when the flight was brought out, they did not tell us what was in the glasses. The food was good. Our server forgot to tell us what wasn't available -- considering that on the small menu, the first 4 things we requested were out, that was a problem. When we arrived, there were no other customers, and the staff were sitting inside chilling. But, it still took about 15 minutes to get our drink orders in and then a lot longer for the food--plus we had to go request water several times and our checks at the end of the meal.

The atmosphere is adorable and the sangria was great. My big complaint was about the food. I am very allergic to something and made the server aware. I read the menu carefully and selected something that did not have that ingredient listed. Its a fruit, something easily avoidable. When the food came out, my dish had that ingredient thrown on top. I don't know if it always comes like that and they didn't add it to the menu or if someone got creative that day. I'm sure it would have tasted amazing, but I couldn't risk it. A friend switched with me so it still got eaten, but they should be aware that they can risk really making someone sick if they take liberty like that.

This place is amazing! The service is great but they are really busy on weekends so I would suggest trying it during the week. It's such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, we sat at a table that had an outdoor couch in the heated patio, and it was so relaxing that I could have sat there all night drinking wine. We have been back several times, and each visit was great. This is our new favorite place in the area.😍

My whole family ate there and we all enjoyed it. Great atmosphere. The food is delicious. I had the Wild Mushroom Pizza. Allyson was a great waitress and the owner is super nice. We will definitely be going back soon.

Lüv the space, love the specialty cocktail selection, wine and specialty beers are solid. I need to try the food next time...

Every time we've been here it's EXCELLENT!!! It's always amazing! When you look at the menu don't judge the menu by its cover. The presentation and flavor of the food is excellent! 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 AMAZING! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲 PS: and the bartender. She's amazing.

We decided to do "small plates" for dinner. There was a nice selection to pick from, also had the options of salads, sandwiches and pizzas. We also enjoyed their wine.

Food was on point and prices were great! We loved everything we had. The chicken bruschetta was the best. Second best was the pineapple pork pizza. We can’t wait to go back. Love having a new option in Belleville.
