    It is a new location. Beautiful place. I have been going since it first opened a few months ago (Summer 2022). It has been getting better since opening. This location has a lot of potential.

    I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service and overall experience I have had at this particular Starbucks location. I have been a loyal customer since the day it opened, but the recurring issues have made this the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. First and foremost, the wait times have been absolutely ridiculous. I have waited in the drive-thru for a minimum of 30 minutes and, on one occasion, even endured an hour-long wait. It is incredibly frustrating to spend that much time waiting, only to be told that the items I ordered are unavailable. This seems to be a common complaint among customers, and it is high time that management addresses this issue. Additionally, the drive-thru setup itself is poorly designed, with only one lane available. This means that once you enter the drive-thru, you are essentially trapped and unable to exit. It's a frustrating experience, especially when you have to wait for an extended period of time. Moreover, the quality of the drinks has been consistently subpar. There have been multiple instances where my order was prepared incorrectly, further adding to the frustration caused by the long wait times. It is disheartening to receive a drink that doesn't match what I ordered, and it raises concerns about the attention to detail and training of the staff. However, what pushed me over the edge was my recent visit. I ordered my usual Strawberry Acai Refresher with lemonade and waited patiently for 30 minutes. When they finally handed me a drink, it turned out to be someone else's order—a Pink Drink. I informed the staff of the mistake, and they assured me they would make my correct order. After another 10-minute wait, I was handed the same incorrect drink again. When I tried to explain that it was not what I ordered and showed them a picture of how it should look, one of the employees yelled at me, insisting that they had given me the right drink. To make matters worse, a lady with a short haircut approached me with a confrontational attitude, rolling her eyes and rudely claiming that the incorrect drink was, in fact, the Strawberry Acai Lemonade. It was a terrible customer service experience, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. As someone who understands the challenges faced by businesses, I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by the staff. The whole experience was completely unacceptable. I hope that the management of this Starbucks location takes my feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. The consistently poor service, excessively long wait times, and dismissive attitude of the staff need to be addressed urgently. As a customer who has always believed in the Starbucks brand, I hope this location can meet the standards that I have come to expect.

    The drive through is terrible. If you have an emergency you can’t even exit! I’ve spent more than 30mins at the drive-through with a newborn in the car and I couldn’t even exit! They always turn off the pumpkin options for pick up but have it when you order in person… I live very close to this location but would prefer to go to glen ridge because of the service ,time , and quality.

    I was super excited when i learned that a starbucks was gonna finally open around a corner from my house because i frequented the kearny and montclair location and it's out of my way. I waited at least a year to give this review and after reading everyone else's review I thought it would be fair to leave a very honest one. I frequented this location to the point where the people at the drive through practically know my order. After reading a lot of the bad reviews About their service I figured let me Think about all the factors that surrounded this location. 1. They are the only starbucks in the area the others are more than a mile away. 2. They are right next to a hospital and other medical offices. 3. Not sure if anyone does any hiring for work but this current economy, it's hard to find GOOD workers. So with that said, yes the drive thru can be long depending on time of day you go. That also includes the Cafe in store orders. Just be aware that if the line to the drive thru is packed your gonna be there at least 15 to 30 minutes. I always order the same drink and 8 out of 10 they make my drink perfectly. In hindsight this is a fairly new location and It will take time to find their flow. So far I feel like they are doing a great job at it and I do hope that soon I'll be able to say 10 out of 10 they get my drink right. The girl with the pink and blue hair always gets my drink right and I'm always happy when she makes my order.

    The spot location is just amazing! The place is stil new , so clean , with a driveway for ordering , also an outdoor terrace that should be perfect in summer , also with a very wide space inside as well ! The staff there are cool and friendly, even though they still looks like learning the menu and so on but they were friendly and polite and thats the most important thing that they have a perfect customer service experience. Loved the place and was waiting to get the google maps updates for the location to put my review on

    (April 9, 6pm)We waited around 30 minutes to get attended and once we got attended we ordered 2 medium frozen Frappuccinos and we got 2 small half melted coffees covered in foam, this is unacceptable and I can’t even go back because it’s Easter and there’s so much traffic. Might’ve been busy hours but, Quality over quantity folks !!

    The music is blaring and impossible to get any work done. There’s 100 of workers, but no one is tending to the main line of customers waiting,not even the welcome greeting. They would’ve better off putting a sign up announcing it was closed for indoor service and drive-through only.

    I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to for this location after another bad experience. I placed a mobile order. Because this store is notoriously slow, with drive-thru wait times frequently exceeding 30 minutes, I played it safe and chose the in-store pickup option. Well, today, I was pleasantly surprised to see there were only four cars in the drive-thru, so I decided to use it. When I got to the speaker, a man greeted me. I told him I had a mobile order. A woman then began to speak through the speaker and lectured me about using the drive-thru for in-store pickup. I explained that I used the drive-thru because the line wasn’t too long; she cut me off and said I was making everything “hard for all of us.” When I got to the window, a man also made a snarky comment about how I should just come inside. The kicker: I still sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes (and that’s “quick” for this location).

    This Starbucks is very clean and the staff is nice. My first time ordering here, I met the supervisor Jason. He is very friendly. He handled my order very efficiently. I could tell he really cares about the customers. My drink was great! Would definitely come back!

    This location was great when they first opened. Almost a year later and this location had gone downhill. The man with the tiny ponytail and beanie who is working the register seems overwhelmed and when incorrect drinks and missed food are being brought up to his attention, he has a mean unwelcome demeanor. It seems like the baristas cannot keep up with the influx of customers when at the same time majority of the orders are incorrect due to the man at the register

    Clean, busy with people using it as a workplace - like they use B&N as a library. Tea fine, croissant bland and, predictably, not much like its picture. Overpriced. Food in the US is unnecessarily expensive. We sat outside, comfortable even in 50 degrees.

    Visit this place in the morning multiple times a week and NEVER have an issue. The usual crew is friendly and make good drinks. Went here on Saturday, even though I know weekend afternoons at this location are a mess. I ordered my standard cafe latte and it tasted like straight cream (yes I know how it's made). I kindly asked the girl who made my drink if she could fix it make it darker or something - literally anything so that I wasn't drinking straight milk. She immediately got defensive and had an attitude and told me that's how it's made. I told her I understand how it's made since it's my usual order and if she could fix it because it was pure milk. She continued to treat me like an inconvenience so I told her she was being nasty, at which point she smirked. I asked for a supervisor or manager and was told there wasn't one. She offered to make it again, which initially I was ok with- until she remarked "but it's going to taste the same" at which point I told her to refund me and left. Not sure if they are watering down their espresso (wouldn't doubt it since they are always running out of everything" or what her problem was. Avoid this location at all costs. It won't make a difference but I'll never purchase from this company again since they can't handle their horrible staff.
