am
writing
this
review
to
express
my
extreme
disappointment
with
the
service
and
overall
experience
I
have
had
at
this
particular
Starbucks
location.
I
have
been
a
loyal
customer
since
the
day
it
opened,
but
the
recurring
issues
have
made
this
the
worst
Starbucks
I
have
ever
been
to.
First
and
foremost,
the
wait
times
have
been
absolutely
ridiculous.
I
have
waited
in
the
drive-thru
for
a
minimum
of
30
minutes
and,
on
one
occasion,
even
endured
an
hour-long
wait.
It
is
incredibly
frustrating
to
spend
that
much
time
waiting,
only
to
be
told
that
the
items
I
ordered
are
unavailable.
This
seems
to
be
a
common
complaint
among
customers,
and
it
is
high
time
that
management
addresses
this
issue.
Additionally,
the
drive-thru
setup
itself
is
poorly
designed,
with
only
one
lane
available.
This
means
that
once
you
enter
the
drive-thru,
you
are
essentially
trapped
and
unable
to
exit.
It's
a
frustrating
experience,
especially
when
you
have
to
wait
for
an
extended
period
of
time.
Moreover,
the
quality
of
the
drinks
has
been
consistently
subpar.
There
have
been
multiple
instances
where
my
order
was
prepared
incorrectly,
further
adding
to
the
frustration
caused
by
the
long
wait
times.
It
is
disheartening
to
receive
a
drink
that
doesn't
match
what
I
ordered,
and
it
raises
concerns
about
the
attention
to
detail
and
training
of
the
staff.
However,
what
pushed
me
over
the
edge
was
my
recent
visit.
I
ordered
my
usual
Strawberry
Acai
Refresher
with
lemonade
and
waited
patiently
for
30
minutes.
When
they
finally
handed
me
a
drink,
it
turned
out
to
be
someone
else's
order—a
Pink
Drink.
I
informed
the
staff
of
the
mistake,
and
they
assured
me
they
would
make
my
correct
order.
After
another
10-minute
wait,
I
was
handed
the
same
incorrect
drink
again.
When
I
tried
to
explain
that
it
was
not
what
I
ordered
and
showed
them
a
picture
of
how
it
should
look,
one
of
the
employees
yelled
at
me,
insisting
that
they
had
given
me
the
right
drink.
To
make
matters
worse,
a
lady
with
a
short
haircut
approached
me
with
a
confrontational
attitude,
rolling
her
eyes
and
rudely
claiming
that
the
incorrect
drink
was,
in
fact,
the
Strawberry
Acai
Lemonade.
It
was
a
terrible
customer
service
experience,
and
I
left
feeling
frustrated
and
disrespected.
As
someone
who
understands
the
challenges
faced
by
businesses,
I
am
disappointed
by
the
lack
of
professionalism
and
accountability
demonstrated
by
the
staff.
The
whole
experience
was
completely
unacceptable.
I
hope
that
the
management
of
this
Starbucks
location
takes
my
feedback
seriously
and
makes
the
necessary
improvements.
The
consistently
poor
service,
excessively
long
wait
times,
and
dismissive
attitude
of
the
staff
need
to
be
addressed
urgently.
As
a
customer
who
has
always
believed
in
the
Starbucks
brand,
I
hope
this
location
can
meet
the
standards
that
I
have
come
to
expect.
