This
location
has
some
real
inconsistencies
in
their
process
of
doing
things
&
in
turn..
because
of
their
lack
of
consistency,
I
was
made
to
pay
for
&
accept
a
drink,
of
which
I
did
not
fully
order
nor
even
want,
as
it
was.
All
because
they
wanted
to
make
the
wrong
drink
first.
Then
offer
to
remake
it
correctly,
after
paying
whichever
silly
little
fee
of
$0.30
-
$0.50
cents.
Why
would
I,
a
Signature
Rewards
Member;
who
now
frequents
ChicFilA
/this
location,
especially
less..
place
my
order
ahead
of
time
VIA
Mobile
order,
IF
1.
I
had
time
to
wait
for
my
order
to
be
made
wrong
&
then
correctly..
&
2.
Why
would
I
specifically
ask
for
certain
add-ons;
If
I
didn't
intended
to
pay
w/e
extra
fee,
this
location
sometimes
does
&
DOES
NOT
CHARGE,
FOR.
If
it
were
truly
about
$
why
would
a
company
even
make
the
wrong
drink
first
then
offer
to
remake
the
drink
correctly
after
said
change,
i
mean;
fee
was
paid...?
Is
that
not
wasteful
in
&
of
itself.
But
it
is
ChicFilA
afterall.
The
fact
that
they
even
offered
to
remake
it
after
bringing
the
wrong
order
out
is
just
insulting
to
my
time
&
honestly
the
money
that
I've
been
spending
here.
Yall
definitely
couldn't
run
a
country.
Oh
&
the
real
kicker
is
this;
I
ordered
this
as
a
last
minute
"Pick
Me
Up"
&
instantly
regretted
it.
Not
me
thinking
going
&
getting
a
frosted
CherryBlossom
lemonade
was
gonna
be
just
the
thing
I
needed.
