    Update ! The last couple of visits they have been cooking my food fresh ! I love it. Keep it up ! Fries were re dropped! So hard and uneditable ! Update ! They have really been disappointing me Lately ! Had me wait in line for over 10 mins to tell me they’re out of fries bc they didn’t want to drop them fresh ! Unprofessional and insane ! One of the best chick fil a! They always drop my food fresh when I ask ! This one is my go to! They care about their customers request!

    I have no problem with the food, it is always great. But I do have a problem with a cashier who cannot do basic math. I purchased food on the inside on 6/24. My bill was $10.24, so I gave the cashier $20.25, simple right, not so. She handed me $9.76 change. When I told her this was incorrect and told her my change was $10.01, she did not understand. Said she neglected to put in the quarter. Regardless if she entered the quarter. It was simple basic math. She had to get help from another employee and they gave me the correct change. She stood there like a deer in the headlights. Why is this person on a cash register and she cannot add?

    I love chick fil a, but I do wish my large fries would stop coming half filled :( it’s happened here, and recently at Fairview heights as well.

    I wish every restaurant and fast-food joint would pick up the business model Chick-fil-A . Every time I go to any location, it is always excellent customer service, excellent hot food and a pleasant dining experience. I have gone through the drive-thru, I have gone into the dining area and I have also utilized their pickup and go options. I will again this Thanksgiving be ordering a tray of macaroni and cheese. Going to fight anyone who says they do not have the best in the world.

    I cannot believe they gave us old food. I’ve always told everyone how great this place is but apparently something has changed recently. We were given someone else old order and my order was incorrect. Didn’t bother to call or return because things have changed in the world today. No time to get into disputes over food.

    Always a good time here. The salads are fantastic. Only issue with food is that the each salad has one item that raises the carb count. Do they all have to have corn or fruit?

    Love, love, love Chik Fil A. It's our go-to when we're on the road so we can get some quick, healthy food and our kids can get some energy out playing. This particular establishment has the best manager. I go there several times a week at different times of day and it seems like he's always there. He's so friendly and so is the staff.

    The girl working the drive through on November 11th (Veteran's Day) at noon needs a serious attitude check! I've never been so appalled at someone's attitude towards a customer in my life. I pulled up in the drive through with my veteran father and she told me I could not place an order because the right lane was not open, but the left lane was open. I didn't know it wasn't open, because there was a giant green light above the lane that said "OPEN" so I figured open meant open. So along with fixing your staff's attitude, fix your drive through sign. Most people would think "open" means "open" in my experience. And if it was a misunderstanding, a simple "Hey this lane isn't actually open, but I'll take your order really quick anyway" would have been so much easier on everyone. I'll never forget this experience and I will never return to another Chik-fil-A. Absolutely zero respect for veterans.

    Pulled up and got in line because the line said “Open”. The left lane was also open. There was also one car ahead of us in this lane. 3 cars in the left lane got to place their order while we were ignored. When we said “Hello?” They said this lane was closed and that we knocked the cones over to get there. They then refused to take our order. We did not push through or knock over any cones and we have no way of making this sign say open. This isn’t even just bad customer service, that’s bad human decency. Do better Chick-fil-A.

    I love having this location close to home. Workers are very friendly!! I have lived in this location for 7 years, and only one mix up!!! I will continue to eat here. You get what you pay for, and it is fresh and hot.

    Went to the Green Mount Commons location in Belleville, IL and purchased $49.53 worth of food only to bite into a sandwich and pull a string of long hair from the sandwich/my mouth. So disgusting... never again!

    I had an ordered a chicken biscuit as one of my free rewards. The person took my order lied and said there wasn't any breaded chicken. He changed it to a grilled chicken and they wanted to me pay for the change that he made. How did I know he lied? After telling the manager I wasn't paying for a change that I didn't make magically a breaded chicken appeared.

    You have lost a loyal customer. I ordered a Cobb salad with two avocado ranch dressings. Your driver left before I could talk to her. But you didn’t put the dressing in. I called to try to talk to somebody about it and it was too complicated. I just wanted to dressing. No more Chick-fil-A ever again.

    I love this chick fil a. The people are nice, they have a diverse staff unlike a lot of other chick fil a's. I reccomend going to the restaurant as opposed to ordering delivery through the app as they cant seem to get the order right thought there. Also my husband only eats salads from here so thank you for getting him to eat veggies, he's a big guy and couldn't even finish it.

    They put all that money into a corporate forced remodel of the drive thru. Guess what. The drive through now sucks. Takes twice as lone. Lines twice as long. I feel sorry for Ben as he had it running just fine until he had no choice to keep his franchise license. Food is still overrated as usual for the price. As others have mentioned your fries are now barely filling the container. The cult of Chick is dying a slow death.

    Emmeline took our order in the drive thru and she was so sweet and friendly! She made sure our order was correct and helped us figure out an uncommon menu request. Frosted Dr. Pepper should totally be on the menu!

    Employees here are super friendly. The drive-thru line may seem long, but it goes really quickly. The food is great. Love the diet lemonade. Definitely worth the money. Great job guys! I will be back.

    Is it really necessary to have 17 parking spot reserved for pick up orders? You have more carry out parking spots that you do for people who actually want to go in and sit down to eat.

    If I order from the app, my order is usually right. The drive thru or going inside is no-go. I've been coming to this location for years and I've never gotten my order right by going through the drive thru. The workers taking the orders should really let customers look at the screen to ensure our order is right. Instead of me getting all the way to the window and to find out they rang up my order wrong. I can repeat my order and say it loudly but it's never taken right unless I order from the app 🤷🏽‍♀️

    We waited an hour in line the people behind us got food before us we asked for chicken nuggets with ranch and they just gave us a bag of ranch never had such a bad exceperiance anywhere in my whole life of going through a drive threw

    Great Service, Great Food although a little pricey. But great store and employees are really nice. Although I will say I'm not fond of children under 18 standing out in the Cold or Heat for hours to take orders. Not sure why they can't remain inside like 99.9% of the other drive thrus on this planet. Of course they are closed on Sundays so maybe in our of line 🤔

    I was coming down West Boulevard and the Chick-fil-A van dang near hit me and Ran me off the road speeding I would not recommend their takeout and they should all have to go for safety courses when driving.

    We came here for a quick lunch and we love chick-fil-a. I like the way they give fast and accurate service, they usually always tell use it was their pleasure to serve us. They also ask your name, instead of you just being a number.

    This location has some real inconsistencies in their process of doing things & in turn.. because of their lack of consistency, I was made to pay for & accept a drink, of which I did not fully order nor even want, as it was. All because they wanted to make the wrong drink first. Then offer to remake it correctly, after paying whichever silly little fee of $0.30 - $0.50 cents. Why would I, a Signature Rewards Member; who now frequents ChicFilA /this location, especially less.. place my order ahead of time VIA Mobile order, IF 1. I had time to wait for my order to be made wrong & then correctly.. & 2. Why would I specifically ask for certain add-ons; If I didn't intended to pay w/e extra fee, this location sometimes does & DOES NOT CHARGE, FOR. If it were truly about $ why would a company even make the wrong drink first then offer to remake the drink correctly after said change, i mean; fee was paid...? Is that not wasteful in & of itself. But it is ChicFilA afterall. The fact that they even offered to remake it after bringing the wrong order out is just insulting to my time & honestly the money that I've been spending here. Yall definitely couldn't run a country. Oh & the real kicker is this; I ordered this as a last minute "Pick Me Up" & instantly regretted it. Not me thinking going & getting a frosted CherryBlossom lemonade was gonna be just the thing I needed. Syyyke.

    I come here all the time because it’s 3 mins away from my home. The service is usually top tier. Today unfortunately it was not. The young lady who took my order (she had a septum piercing) was very rude. She brushed me off. She didn’t say my pleasure or thank you and walked away as I was still asking her a question. Not the service I have ever received or ever expected to receive from CFA.

    As soon as we pulled up to the drive thru, we were greeted by a friendly order taker, who held a menu and a payment processing tablet. The line was quite long, but multiple people taking orders, along with modern tech made the process much quicker and smoother. The food was incredible as always, and their soup option was great! Will definitely come back again, if I travel through this area.

    Hadn't been to this place in a while so I thought I would try after the remodel. Now it seems that it's gotten worse. Food quality went down. My chicken was mangled and had lots of fried breading bits sticking them altogether, likely due to having too many in the frying basket. The fries were bland and the lemonade while at least tasting fine, seemed like they drained all the pulp into my cup. Some is fine but my lid was coated with it. Got all of this while sitting in a line that was barely contained within the parking lot. Staff is still friendly but that doesn't give you a pass on quality control. No reason to come here, wait longer, pay more, and get worse than other nearby places.

    I just left the drive through and ordered two market salads for mom and sis , and requested four avocado lime ranches, two per salad. The last time one of the employees informed me that you have to pay for additional dressing. They rung me up for two additional dressings, but I only still received one per order, which should be free. The last few times going to this chic fil a have been a lot of missed items that I paid for. It no big deal, but at this point it’s getting repetitive. 3 stars
