    Unacceptable. I'm not exaggerating, it was inedible. Normally I can look past a bad experience or two but this is too much. I liked this location and been going there for many years. I'm never going back. Thanks for wasting my money.

    If I could give this Hardee's 6 stars, I would, because it totally deserves it! The store manager not only corrected a wrong order, he even offered a couple cookies to make up for it! This is the best Hardee's ever! It has 100% become my favorite in the chain! If you're in the area of eastern Belleville, across from SWIC, and you're hungry, check out this Hardee's, it's got great food, great management, and you won't be sorry. I just wish I could give it 6 stars, because of how great it is! Thank you so much, Hardee's and the management there, I'll keep visiting whenever I can. :)

    Order was simple. Fries were old and to salty to eat. They were not busy. Sandwich Order was wrong. Tasted old. Will not be visiting this store again. Obviously the staff needs training on how to prepare something as simple as fast food!

    The food was okay. Cashier was rude for no reason, over a standard menu item order. fast food work is a thankless and stressful job, so I always try to be a polite and easy to deal with customer. However, I Felt like I did something wrong just by walking in the door.

    I was the only one in the drive through at the Carlyle Hardee's on Feb 2. Sleet and snow were on the ground so no one was really busy. I got the nastiest over cooked chicken and spent over 40 dollars.just to be told by Shaun the manager to come back and get the replacement. We had 10 inches of snow the next day and here I am trying to get what's owed to me.. and the gm said Shaun didn't write it down so I have to again come back another day. This location is disgusting. And ignorant

    I had the WORST experience 12/30/21!!! I went to the drive thru to order around 9:50pm. The person taking orders says” I’m sorry, but we are closed “due to them shutting down register or kitchen. I was surprised so I asked what time do they close? He proceeds to tell me 10 pm. I responded by saying, technically you should still be taking orders until 10pm then right? His response was, “Ugh, I guess”. I immediately said nevermind I’ll be speaking with the manager. He says , “Ok” real sarcastically. I pull to the window to blow my horn and a gentleman comes. I ask who the manager and he tells me he is a manager. He offers to make my order, but I decline because no one wants rude servers to prepare their food. I asked for the name of his employee who is working drive thru, he doesn’t want to tell me , says he doesn’t know since he’s a new employee. I ask his age (16). Asked if he allows his employees to talk to customers that way. Claims he didn’t hear even though they’re feet away from each other. He provided me store managers info. I told him his employee was a piece of s$&t. He then says,” F&$k you, my name is Jeremiah, you can tell the manager what you want, I’m just going to let them know you were being rude”. I was SPEECHLESS!! I drove off. Saw another vehicle pull in as I was leaving. Went to a neighboring restaurant, had to drive back past and noticed they served that vehicle. The utter disrespect made me so angry. I went to speak with the store manager in person the following day. Cory was extremely nice and willing to listen to me. He was very shocked yet apologetic for the behavior of his shift manager Jeremiah. The store owner should be made aware of their employees closing the store early and not offering respect and care to their willful paying customers.

    Ordered food. Asked to wait 3 min for fresh biscuits. Waited 15 min, no one ever brought my order out like they said I they would. Go back around drive through, they have me half my order and claimed that’s all I paid for. I showed them the receipt and they lady looked confused. Asked for my money back manager comes to the window arguing with me that I only paid for 2 sandwiches. I show it to her on the receipt, she throws a sandwich in the bag and hands it to me. No sides, no nothing. I’m very confused at how a $15 order can be so complicated and why their customer service is awful. It doesn’t make sense.

    I just wanted to thank my cashier, his name is Jeremiah, I have a food condition where I can’t eat gluten. After finding this out he offered to make fries (Wich they were not making at the time because it was breakfast) instead of the tater tots. If anything you should come here just for the service, and this mad deserves a raise.

    Ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo and lettuce. It was made plain. I was refused by the manager. He said he’d have to charge me for the lettuce. While groaning about it. I showed the manager the receipt and he kept walking away. Didn’t care. Um they made the sandwich wrong, fix it! I paid for the lettuce to be added. Customer is always right! I told him I would leave a bad revue and he said whatever all kinds of people leave bad reviews. Then I saw the manager take free food outside to a friend in the parking lot.

    First of all Francis seem nice, but does not pay attention to what you order.. I asked him twice for curly cues, and he still gave me regular fries. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to pick up takeout without looking at your order first, that was my mistake.

    I do not eat at Hardee's that often, but this was a good choice for supper, food was good and fresh and the staff was friendly. Will go back if in the are again

    Well first off, got my food once and it had minimal ingredients on the tacos I ordered. I took it back inside and wanted them to remake them. Got them again took them back outside and realized that nothing had changed, matter a fact it was worse. Very disappointed and will not being going back. If someone asks you to fix the food, which you get paid to make, you should have no problem fixing it for them.

    I should’ve read the reviews prior to my visit. This restaurant is run by incompetent workers who obviously don’t care for the quality of the food nor the customers. Several poor reviews all mentioning the undercooked meals. I recently ordered a chicken sandwich. It was very much pink and not cooked thoroughly. DISGUSTING!!!

    Spend $30 for our food. All if our food was cold and old. Took the fries back in to get new ones. The employee dumped the cold ones we brought back in into the fry bin. So sorry to the person who got the fries that should have been thrown away. Unfortunately prices have went up and quality has gone down. Very disappointed.

    Super friendly staff and it was really clean inside. It seems like nobody goes to Hardee's anymore for lunch/dinner, so your food is cooked fresh.

    I'm a Hardee's fan, and this is your regular store. I've visited a few times and never had any real problems. Sometimes the place looks like it could use a good cleaning but other than that everything is fine.

    The bogo bacon burger good steak sauce mix pretty good and bacon too breakfast forgot cheese on biscuit payed for and they didn't even care about it Belleville by the Lows and Walmart across from college

    Just paid $69+ for 4 burnt chicken sandwiches, a overcooked burger and 10 overcooked almost burnt tacos. Fries and everything were too salty. Definitely won’t be going back to that location!

    First off I want to say I prefer Hardee's over any other establishment. They always have by significantly FAR better service including fresher food, time it takes to make it, and the friendliness of the staff are all things other eateries can't top Hardee's on. So for those reasons I am a repeat, loyal and dedicated customer. But this specific location is my favorite. There is a man who works here who serves his customers with what I call "old school service". You know the service that use to be given and is no longer in existence. It's pretty much extinct. But Corey dishes it out left and right and WITHOUT FAIL he never NEVER misses an opportunity to serve his customers the RIGHT WAY!!! I'm taking this survey today in hopes he gets recognition in the correct way. He deserves so much more than he has. This guy is the PRIME EXAMPLE of customer service!!!!!! He is the type of worker that gets asked to come work for someone else's establishment. So know what you got Hardee's and do him right because you don't know what youve got til it's gone. Thank you for all your repeatedly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    Wanted something for lunch. Walked in first thing I noticed floor is sticky. Counter person was nice and friendly. Took my order fine. The issue was watching the guy making the burger...warms it in the microwave! Got home the burger was not 1/3lb like they said dry and bland(over cooked microwaved food.
