Being
a
local
business
owner,
I
realize
the
importance
of
having
a
good,
respectful
staff.
We
always
take
the
absolute
best
care
of
our
customers.
This
being
said,
I
hesitate
to
make
this
post,
however
my
daughter
has
been
targeted
twice
this
week
at
the
Panera
at
Belleville
Crossing
across
from
the
target
store
near
Belleville
west.
The
bottom
line
is
this,
twice
this
week
she
has
gone
through
the
drive
up
for
an
ice
coffee,
Both
times
she
has
had
a
black
cricket
in
her
drink.
The
1st
time
being
on
Monday
morning
at
8:30am
she
thought
was
a
fluke,
but
it
happened
again
this
morning
at
8:30qm.
She
went
inside
and
the
manager
gave
her
a
refund
on
the
drink.
I
called
the
store
manager
this
evening
as
I
learned
of
the
event,
and
I
was
shut
down.
It’s
pretty
hard
to
know
who
is
doing
what
when
you
travel
the
drive
up,
but
make
no
mistake
this
doesn’t
happen
twice
without
intention.
The
store
manager
this
evening
pretty
much
said
tough
Luck!
Go
to
a
different
location
next
time.
That
is
customer
service
at
its
best
Panera
at
Belleville
Crossing.
My
intentions
are
not
to
damage
the
owner
of
this
business,
but
to
get
their
attention
and
to
take
forcible
action
against
the
cowardly
actions
of
this
or
these
individuals
involved
in
such
a
gross,
and
intolerable
action.
Shame
on
you
for
damaging
your
employers
business.
