l was by dr. Madi because l readed the good rezension., unfortunatly l did very bad experience by him! he charged me a lot money for botox which the effect was gone in 3 month ( he use bad quality of botox in the market has) because l am doing botox since 5 years and at least has to hold 5-6 months but for sure not 3! and he did also Ultrafemme because of my urinary problem, he promised me after 3 session will be fine, after soo much pain and burning and of course again money lost 1800 chf he charged me, zero zero effect! when l send him about my picture of face what kind of work he done, or that ultrafemme was not helping at all, he responded careless and have a look his answer: (According to Swiss law, the doctor is not bound by an obligation of result, the patient must pay the fees even if the treatment does not achieve the expected results. Therefor patients are not entitled to a reimbursement because you are not satisfied with a result.I hope this answers your questions.) and by second e-mail did not even answered! he is very very unprofessional doctor and use bad quality botox and mashines! please take a look almy fotos!

I went to Dr. Nasser during the first year I move, I visited previous doctors offices by the lake, and around town, this was not my first rodeo with injections but when I meet Dr. Nasser I found him, to have such a comforting sense of quiet confidence and I immediately trusted him Dr. Nasser is very knowledgeable and professional, during my first visit he corrected it a lump I had on my lip for over a year, I got it from my last doctor visit in California, but when I refilled again with other doctors office in Geneve, nobody mentioned fixing they just refilled, my lips I thought I was gonna have this lump for life, I was so happy when Dr. Nasser noticed right away and melded it before applying the lip injections this is when I knew I had found my doctor, who cared for my aesthetic and not just the profit, I have been seen him for over 2 years this is why I can be confident of my review, I have tried his facials, laser removal, cellulite treatment, between others, and now I am even changing my skincare, from la Prairie skincare to the ones he has in office after trying his facials and been 100 percent satisfied with the results, moving from California so it’s hard to find places that offer that sense of home feeling and warming feeling of caring customer service and I can assure you everyone in the office has the best customer service, I tried a few doctors before, I been on the love of my results of all the treatments I took so far thank you, Dr.Nasser & Roxane, for always taking care of my needs and concerns.
