    Camie is absolutely amazing! I have been working with her for almost a year. She helped me lose weight before my pregnancy and is helping me keep off weight gain during my current pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable, pushes you to give your best at each workout and is very warm hearted - the kind of person you are so happy to have in your corner. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

    Camie is a wonderful and fun trainer. She cares about your long-term goals. She creates personalized workouts for each client. There are usually 2-3 people working out next to you. Sometimes you train together and sometimes you have your own workout. Both are enjoyable. She also gives nutrition and diet advice that helps you meet your goals. I would recommend Camie as your trainer!

    I started with Camie in 2014 when she was at a club just up the street from my home. That club was sold and the new owners let her go, so as soon as my commitment to the club was up, I returned to Camie and have never stopped. I drive 20 miles round trip just to workout with her. Camie is a great trainer. She understands that we all have different goals, skills and body types. She puts safety first and has never asked me to do anything I considered unsafe or harmful. I was an IDEA certified aerobic dance instructor in the 80’s, so I understand the importance of proper body alignment, warm ups and other safety practices. Camie is the only trainer I’ve worked with that understands the importance of these concepts. I’m way stronger than I as 8 years ago and it’s all her doing. Plus I really enjoy her and look forward to our sessions.

    I have trained with Camie for a little longer than 5y. My back health was one of my main concerns initially, and nowadays I can happily say that I barely feel back pain and no more severe muscle spasms for 3 years! I couldn't make here without Camie's continued insistence to keep me focused and not giving it up.

    Camie is very knowledgeable and makes working out fun. The group setting really helps to motivate and she tailors each workout plan to each individual's needs. I often have questions about diet plans, home workouts and goal-setting, and she always gives detailed responses that are easy to follow. I have lots of fun and see great results working out with Camie!

    I have been working with Cammie for almost 12 months. With Cammie you get safe individualized personal training regimen that helps you become stronger and healthier. I completed my pregnancy with healthy minimal weight gain with her support. It’s not just weight loss with Cammie - it’s a lifestyle change. She holds me accountable to my nutrition and my fitness. Moving to Seattle from NYC right before the pandemic, it has been nice to meet other individuals who are health minded and training with Cammie and it’s inspiring to work hard on my own fitness!
