This just isn’t the place. I asked prior to what I ordered if it came with certain ingredients. My child requested a cheeseburger which I requested the kids meal. When I received my order, his cheeseburger looked sad. I checked before my child ate the burger and had no cheese, just bread and dressing. The fries, were dark brown and hard. Tasted stale and old. Pictures for proof. How can you mess up fries, really. I understand they specialize In grilled teriyaki but that was unacceptable. Then the other employee stated the kids burger did not come with cheese. I requested a cheeseburger. I also asked about the toppings since my child is picky. Still had to charge me over $1 for a slice of old looking cheese. Will not go back to this establishment. I spent over $25 on 1 bowl and 1 kids meal and still payed another $1 and change for a slice of cheese.

The line moved quick and the food was very fresh and tasty. They forgot the hot sauce even after i asked 😔. But they were very nice and the food very good. No left overs lol 😆

First time trying this place, due to growing popularity on Instagram. Drove all the way down from Whittier to be truly disappointed. I ordered online, a beef/chicken plate and large half/half bowl. Upon arrival my order was not ready. I sat and waited and as I waited I listened how every upcoming customer was being told that they were out of beef, plates, avocados, sushi, etc. So then I wondered how my plates were going to look since they required multiple of those options. So upon receiving, it was an extreme disappointment. I received HALF the portion of everything, a ratio of 10/90 of meat and rice. My salad came with no dressing, and I was missing the avocado. Never again, I’ll stick to Chop Teriyaki, they have never let me down and it’s closer to home. I wanted to give this place a chance, and it was just not it.

I've been waiting to eat here and today was the day I treated myself, I got a large chicken teriyaki with avocado It has nice size portions of food. The restaurant was nice and clean the staff was very friendly and for the price I'll be back

Check your food before you leave! First time here and my family’s order came out wrong. Like how do you confuse veggies for avocado? I’d never order that combination!

Amazing teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef! Huge portions! And the price is right! I'm visiting from Sacramento I wish they had this store down there. This place will definitely be my regular when I come down here. Thank you for an amazing meal.

So I’ve been hearing about this place for a while now and decided to try it out for the first time today and boy was I disappointed. My go to place for teriyaki or fusion is Bom Bom grill in Bellflower which is closer to my house so I never felt too compelled to try this place. I finally gave and I decided to call ahead to place my order so it would be ready by the time I arrived to the place and was put on hold for 10 mins. I just started heading down to restaurant because I was frustrated about being on hold and decided to just come in and order. When I walked in it was not busy with just made me a little angry considering how long I was on hold for. I ordered my food and the wait wasn’t long. Got home and was immediately disappointed. I got the chicken teriyaki super fries and they were not special at all. The only thing I enjoyed sadly were the jalapeños they keep on the side to grab yourself. I’d much rather stick to Bom Bom Grill. They’re Bom Bom fries are so much better and they’re cheaper!!!!

The food here is amazing!!!! Full of grilled flavor and the sauce is to die for. Once again I traveled from Kingman AZ to Southern California, because Tik Tok made me do it. Lol Highly recommend that you give this place a try.
