Just spent few hours here easily. It is a great fun place for everyone. Many trampoline options, dodge balls, and many more. We will go again for sure.

It was so much fun here. It was my first time going with my 2 boys and I'm definitely going to come back. It wasn't as crowded as you would expect. Yes, there are a lot of people but there's enough space where everyone can be comfortable. If your kids are old enough to stay out of trouble, you can head on upstairs to the parent lounge and hang out a bit. However, I recommend keeping an eye on your kids here and there since this is a trampoline park and not a day care. But definitely take a breather when you get the chance. The trampolines are a lot of fun and very safe with the padding that's every where. I can't tell you how many times my kids fell jumping but they still had a smile on their faces. As for food, I didn't buy any therefore I can't tell you about the pricing. You need to put money on a card for credit to play the arcade games and you can use points for rewards that they have up at the front next to the cashiers. The arcade games are varied. From claw machines (an entire row of different prizes), vr game "king kong" I believe it's called, car racing, hockey table, and much more. They have a lot of options to choose from when you want to play in the arcade or even the other activities like the zip line. This place is a lot of fun. Your kids will play their hearts out and then crash and sleep all night long once the day is over. Which I think is a nice bonus for us parents (caretakers).

Such a fun place! My teenage nieces had a blast especially on the sky rider. Even I joined in on the fun. Plenty to do! They get busy. All staff was friendly though a few were not too attentive. Only thing we didn’t like was the food; fries were not tasty at all (that was the only thing we tried).

My daughter turned 11 a couple days ago! (June 17th) I wanted to do something fun just get and I. We plan on going ziplining in July up North. I was worried if I pre-bought tickets that she could chicken out and boom, there's 150.00 wasted, but then I found this place where they had an indoor mini zip line like ride that you swing up above the entire establishment. See the video i posted of her! We played a lot of games and jumped ourselves sick on the trampolines. But it was SO WORTH IT!

My review has a lot to do on pricing and the food. The ultimate pass does not include arcade games and costs about $33 per person. I wouldn't have mind the price since it's for ALL attractions but a couple were closed and I think it should have reflected on the price. The worse part was the food. $7 for an urbies power pack or play. We got the hot dog with a side of fries. The hot dog was so bad my daughter wouldn't eat it because it tasted worse than hot dogs at school she said. So in total I spent over $90 because I had three kids using the ultimate pass which sucked because a couple of the attractions my kids wanted to go on were closed plus an additional $35 on the dryest hot dog and the bun was stale and old. Otherwise the attractions were fun. The kids want to go back. I will definitely eat before I go there and double check that all attractions are opened to make sure I get what I'm paying for. ***Update: in response to owner reply, The attractions that were "closed" when we went had no sign that said "open upon request". I originally stated that attractions were "closed". I never said they were "out of order" or "not working". If there was a sign I believe my kids would have requested to use the attraction. With that said I do think it's a fun place but the food (or at least) the urbies power pack needs improvement. As you can see by the picture.....it was not appealing. Thank you for your reply. I hope to return one day. I now know that if there's a closed attraction to ask for a staff member to open it. My kids truly did enjoy themselves.

This place is awesome. Huge value story. Not cheap, but you get a ton for what you pay for. All day passes instead of hourly. Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff was excellent. They are there to help you have a great time. Tons of things to do including a zip line. We arrived at 10 am and left at 3. Everyone slept well.

In contrast the most wulqr places this one has physical activities and arcades perfectly balanced. It is not your regular play ground focused on game machines, no. The activities are numerous, diverse, worth making repeat attempts. To the right there is a separate space for the birthday parties, and staff takes care of the flow - they help meeting the guests, arranging the table, issuing the passes. I highly recommend urban air for being a place primarily targeting the fun of xpressed through well-being and physical actions, games with other kids and not with arcades.

Not enough room for a full review I’ll get to the point did not enjoy the fact that the rock climbing wall is right next to where you order food parents wouldn’t even tell the children back up give another person a try it’s like they just let them keep going and going until they’re tired then someone else can . did not enjoy how my daughter and I patiently waited in line (following the rules )and we are continuously cut by children who are unsupervised getting off the ride just to run right back over and get back on while staff did nothing but allowed them to.(you have to clearly walk past the staff to open the gate to get back upstairs for the ride/walk) A mother and her child thought it was okay to stand in line and continue to keep adding other people to their group as I mentioned to her my daughter and I have been here first and we’ve been waiting she was not pleasant at all and let me know this is what she does I didn’t know what more to do once the staff said this happens all the time in all honesty it just seem like a lot it’s like a drop off no supervision a free-for-all won’t be returning to this place I can honestly say you get what you pay for..FACTS

Had my daughter's bat mitzvah party here and I cannot say enough good things. The kids had a blast and the staff was so amazing and accommodating. Everyone is still talking about the zip line, trampolines and other amazing activities. 5 stars is not enough!

My son Julian celebrated his 12th birthday party- what can I say besides it was outstanding! As soon as we enter the door we were greeted by Zac who patiently help me sign all the children’s waivers. Immediately after the Hostess Michaela said hi and took the children & parents to the VIP room. Other staff members help me up the stairs with my party stuff while Michaela was organizing the children. The children took off sneakers and socks and put the urban air socks and we’re ready for Michaela next instructions. Michaela directed the kid to the activities- then came upstairs to help me out with the party stuff. At pizza time- Michaela gathered all the children and served each one of them. Also the pizza wasn’t cold- it was just right. After they ate Michaela escorted them downstairs for dodgeball- which the kids had so much fun. When it came down to cake time Michaela once again gathered the kids together served them some cake and allow me to enjoy the party because she was handling everything like a boss. I appreciate our Sweet & Kind Hostess SuperStar Michaela! First time ever- I was allowed to enjoy the guests and my son at a party. Usually, I’m the one running around like a crazy person doing everything- not here not at Urban Air- honestly I enjoyed myself. I do recommend the snack bar. The entire establishment- bathroom-play area- game room & the VIP room are super clean. Didn’t see one thing out of order! At the end the party- I was able to meet the manager Malik and what a Sweetheart he is. Also heads up if you’re going to do a birthday party or just get together I recommend the VIP room- so worth it! Thank you to the whole staff for making my son 12th birthday party a phenomenal event! 🥳🥰🎂🎈😜

Very poorly managed space... No one is managing anything.. the dodge ball area is run with 10vs 7 or whatever they like.. In the Warrior course.. kids are sitting in the ball pit idle for over 5 minutes creating a hazard for the next set of kids and for themselves . Slam dunk.. kids are running amock and throwing the balls outside where guests are sitting..simply chaos.. this place needs to be run better... The only thing they are interested in is memberships..

We had a great time at Urban Air. My friend’s son picked this as the spot he wanted to go to to celebrate his birthday. Prices are the most reasonable of any play place in the region that I’ve been to. We got the Ultimate Pass which lets you do everything the park has to offer and stay as long as you want. The pizza was delicious - my friend’s son said the pizza was better than Chuck E. Cheese’s! The staff was friendly and attentive. After a 10 hour day of play, I had a happy and tired almost 8-year-old. Thanks Urban Air!

Cool place. Went to a birthday party there. Definitely controlled chaos with all the kids but overall a pretty unique experience. Surprisingly it being so busy things moved quickly.

I went in only to check out the private room size I had booked for my daughter's birthday a couple weeks in advance since I have never been here before and Maggie, the Bellingham party coordinator, could not have been nicer and more accommodating! She proceeded to show us around the place and check out the room options as well as let us pick our preference. Once she heard this was our first time here, she gave us FREE Ultimate day passes to try out the place ourselves that day! Not only are we so excited for our daughter's party, but we will absolutely be back again!
