Broadway park has always been a safe haven for people with specifically energetic dogs to go play fetch with, it's unfortunate that a few bad dog owners have ruined the privilege for the rest of us. I take my dog here almost everyday to play fetch off leash and she's a very obedient dog that never bothers anyone. Hopefully the city can respect that some dogs just want to play with their human without being interrupted by other dogs at dog parks. Other than this new restriction, this park is a great place for the surrounding homes. I will continue to play fetch with my dog here as it's perfect for her.

Playground drinking fountains in bathrooms are open for spring! This park is a long strip that travels about 4 to 6 blocks long in a long Valley basin. The playground is on the west side of the park. Lots of room to play catch with your dog off-leash but I don't think that it is technically an off-leash Park if you stay in one of the corners or come earlier in the morning you will possibly be the only one there. Just around the corner is Cornwall Park where we went to another playground and you pass the Rose Garden to get to Cornwall park, so there's lots to see and do from walking distance from here about five blocks away is haggens if you need a snack or a deli

Clean, relatively quiet park. There are times when there are a lot of families ,kids, dogs and the assortment of things they bring. Great fun for all,but not exactly serene for a person looking for quiet. I believe it's an unofficial off lease space which is awesome for our canine pals and their mom's and dads. There are some kool views of the mountain,so all and all a nice neighborhood park.

Surrounded by mostly historic homes. This Park is a beautiful well kept little downtown gem.

"Red Slide Park" as we refer to it. One of our go-to's. Lovely playground. Plenty of space to run. There is a restroom but havnt had the need so far.

Great for dogs, unofficially off leash by the masses, with tons of room to run around in a fairly contained valley-like strip. Kids love the swings and newer playground and a few good trees to climb. Bathrooms usually unlocked during daylight hours. Great park for frisbee, soccer, base/softball, one hoop and lately, drone flying (kids were smart enough to come here in the wide open to learn how to control their new toy. It still crashed hard a bunch! ;-) Worst part is it's a catch basin for our heavy rains draining from around the neighborhood, so it can quickly turn into a yucky, muddy mess nearly overnight. It remains that way for much of the winter months, but our dog still loves it!

For it being centrally located. Very well maintained picturesque scenery and houses.

Everything was great except for the bathrooms both the men's & women's were locked, at the time's they should have been open!! But other than that it was great experience, especially because I really needed some nature in my life!! Just to simply reset myself mentally/psychologically!!!

It's a great place to practice recall on a long lead, and to relax and enjoy the quiet.
