When
my
mushroom
pasta
arrived
with
ONE
single
mushroom
quartered
and
elegantly
positioned
over
creamy
pasta,
I
was
taken
aback
by
the
audacity.
It
takes
some
nerve
to
call
that
mushroom
pasta
and
charge
$19
at
lunchtime.
Still,
the
atmosphere
took
me
back
to
Italy.
It
is
lovely
in
there
and
you
can
see
the
chef
cooking
just
steps
from
your
table.
But
looks
aren't
everything.
In
order
to
earn
my
business
again
they
will
need
to
get
more
generous
with
their
servings.
Even
the
cheese
on
my
daughter's
kid
pasta
was
stingy.
I
think
it
was
about
$12
for
a
small
plate
of
noodles
with
a
dash
of
cream
and
maybe
a
HALF
tablespoon
of
cheese.
I
mean,
really
stingy.
Also,
why
no
meat
on
the
kids
menu?
Have
you
ever
contemplated
that
by
being
stingy
with
children,
you
are
literally
affecting
their
growth?
The
house-made
focaccia
with
tomato
sauce
was
incredible
so
they
may
have
some
other
winners,
and
the
wine
looked
well
chosen.
Chocolate
chip
cookie
was
pretty
good
too.
Service
nice,
but
in
a
superficial
way.
