😘😋 I absolutely love their coffee! Mind-blowing, really! Try their iced Cof& - it is a coffee drink with lemon and soda. My friend ordered this and I found the idea of the combination of soda, lemon & coffee to be iffy. However, I’m now a convert - sigh! That taste was paradise! 😋 I personally tried their espresso gold and really loved it! The coffee itself was not too bitter or sour - it was truly delicious and the coffee flavor was yummy - I loved the roast! The staff are awesome and I love their interiors! If you’re in Bellingham, don’t miss this cafe!

I love Cof&! I enjoy meeting clients there. We always feel like we're part of the atmosphere. And the coffee is above and beyond anything you're used to getting in the Pacific Northwest. It is painstakingly crafted from Columbian *estate* beans (all from the same grower leading to a very consistent and distinct rich flavor) to multiple brewing techniques. I don't care how overcast it is outside, it's always sunny inside Cof&! 🌞

I have already reviewed their other location and confirmed that their coffee is delicious! My go-to is an iced mocha - no bitterness at all and super smooth! This time, I went to the downtown location since I was nearby and sat down with an iced chai. It was super flavorful and when I’d finished, I already wanted another! This location is roomy and has big glass walls in front to let lots of light in. I will definitely come back if I find myself downtown with a little time on my hands! They are not very busy in the afternoon, so this would be a great place to get some work done with a cold drink during the summer heat.

Fantastic authentic Colombian coffee and the owner was so kind and friendly! Delicious empanada. Need to go back and try the arepas!

Beautiful espresso drinks with unique South American flavors and execution. Big, airy space with lots of natural light. Ample selection of sweet and savory pastries to try on my next visit. Good music and vibes coming from the PA sound system. Only suggestion is to even out sound distribution - a tad loud on one end of the space and about perfect near the entrance. This is a great addition to Downtown Bellingham.

Coffee shops in Bellingham are a dime a dozen but this place is something special! When I walk in here I feel like I have left Bellingham and walked into Columbia. The South American vibe is awesome on a cold spring morning or anytime! They have great coffee and play really good music to fit the vibe. They also have food, their empanadas taste just like the ones I had when I visited Argentina a few years ago. This place has just become one of my regular stops.

I love this place! The people who work there are super friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee (and ofc the coffee -is- amazing 🤩). They also host super cool events here in daytime and nighttime and the space has a wonderful atmosphere. If you’re in Bham you have to check this place out!!!!

Incredibly unique coffees and great service from our barista. We ordered tropical and vegan empanadas which were delicious! In addition, our coffees were not only beautiful but also fantastic.

0h my I am in coffee and food heaven! I ordered the cappuccino gold that is dripping with honey and the edge is sprinkled with almond powder. Not cheap but worth it. And then I tried the homemade chicken empanada as well as the sweet cheese pastry. So flaky and delicious. The people here are so kind and the environment is really cool. Definitely a must-try spot in Bellingham!

the atmosphere is so beautiful and the service is wonderful! not to mention the food and drinks are so much cheaper than other coffee places such as starbucks. Genuinely one of my new favorite places.

Delicious coffee and friendly service. What else can you ask for before you've had your caffeine? While chatting with the crew, they said they have salsa dancing classes. I hope they get some help with marketing because I didn't see anything advertising that or any other events. It sounds like fun!

Guys - I get Americans have Starbucks as a baseline, but this is not good coffee by any standard. Our server was very nice. Working alone in a Sunday morning, I appreciate his hard work My wife ordered a latte, myself an americano. Should be easy. Both look and taste like a drip coffee.. Great drip coffee - but not $5 Please hire a European, Australian or NZ coffee barista. Things will change instantly

Amazing coffee, I had a black americano but they have a lot of unusual options as well. Great service, big open space with a nice bar at the front window, and some outside seating. The small empeñada was a lovely light snack, vegan too.
