This spot is a winner. Beautiful and maticulous decore and theme. I took my chances with a coconut gin cocktain and it did not diasspoint. The hervest plate was a piece of art. Balanced and interesting blend of textures. A couple of blocks away from the center of town but well worth it

I got the fishermen’s stew! Something new and a new taste which I very much liked! Also got the deviled eggs which were astounding! It was all wonderful and very amazing service! Great place to get the experience of downtown!

This is what Bellingham has been waiting for; a beautiful bar, with ample sunlight, well crafted cocktails and a SOLID food menu. The Admiralty is run by industry veterans and it shows. Get the Porchetta. Trust me.

This place is awesome! Great food and a top notch crew! They serve food late and their harvest plate is outstanding! Next to Mt Baker Theater!

Came in for 2 cocktails. Love the atmosphere! The drinks were beyond amazing. We can't wait to come back for more! Kat was our bartender, she was awesome. We also met Bri and the owner. They all rock!!

Fantastic food, impeccable service, menu is beyond compare. This place is perfect for a quiet date over dinner & drinks. The drink menu is a show stopper.

I failed to take pictures until we were well into our meals, but the food and service were so good, I decided it deserved a proper review with pictures (even if the pictures won’t do it justice). We ordered the porchetta and the harvest bowl. Both were delicious and the kitchen was able to tweak the porchetta dish to accommodate my gf/df needs. The sauce (chimichurri?) that came with the harvest bowl was amazing and dish itself was executed beautifully. As great as the harvest bowl was, the porchetta was the star with its crispy exterior/ tender inside, perfectly seasoned pan sauce and the best roasted potatoes I’ve had in a restaurant setting. We ate every bite of our dinner and topped it off with a cocktail that was magical. The Baranov made the dinner feel special, as a great drink should do.

This is our go-to place now whenever we have tickets to a Mount Baker Theatre performance! We make a reservation for dinner before and another for dessert after the show. We have done this as a couple, and as a group of 12. The service has been wonderful each time. The owner is highly engaged, super friendly and provides a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are warm and friendly too! Great place to come for a cocktail and conversation anytime. Unique and delicious menu. Bubble and Squeak is a favorite light dinner for me! Nice vegetarian options too. Love having a great spot like this in downtown Bellingham!

Great service and atmosphere! Staff was accommodating to my dietary restrictions and mentioned the potential of having other gluten-free options in future.

We have heard that this place was good and it didn't disappoint us. The goat stew was surprisingly very good. The fish and chips is probably the best in the area. Our servers were very attentive and pleasantly helpful. We will definitely be back. My only complaint was that the Rum Grog is probably much better tasting than what they actually served on British Man of War in the 1700's. Just kidding about the complaint, but it is very tasty.

Don't miss this hidden gem! My partner and I visited The Admiralty yesterday evening for dinner and drinks. We were big fans of the prior establishment (Snowy River), so the bar was pretty high. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent from the moment we walked through the door - the staff is extremely welcoming, warm, and attentive. The atmosphere is really charming - I'd describe it as "upscale cozy" if that's a thing. The food and drinks were outstanding. We ordered the Smoked Oysters for a starter, their Tavern Steak and Imperial Swine (porchetta) for entrees, and 3 cocktails in total. I really wanted to try their dessert but I was just too full. I'm sure it's heavenly. :) While I know a small food menu is typically a sign of a good kitchen, I was initially skeptical about finding something I'd really enjoy. After ordering their porchetta (not something I'd usually be drawn to), I'm confident I'd enjoy anything on their menu. Cocktail prices are typical for a nice bar, entree prices were surprisingly reasonable. I'm worried this won't get the foot traffic it's due since it's slightly "off the beaten path" of downtown. Please pay this spot a visit! I want to make sure they stick around :) Thanks for a lovely evening!
