Authentic Chinese pan fried buns and dumplings! What a cute food truck! Absolutely great outdoor sitting. Beer place next door allows outside food and pets.

Absolutely delicious food with tons of flavor. It's a hot spot in Bellingham and a must try. I love the noodle soup and spicy cumin lamb skewers. But you can't go wrong with anything, it's all tasty.

5 BIG stars!! What a find! Every visit is better than the last! Dumpling Girls do it right with tasty, hot (right off the stove top) well crafted dumplings and egg rolls. The Pork & Shrimp Wonton Soup is sublime (enough for two servings) and all of this within the confines of "Goods Local Brewery". Goods offers a great beer selection and wine (thankfully). There is indoor and outdoor seating, it's a dog friendly space and everyone has been very pleasant and accommodating. Pay cash @ Dumpling Girls and score some extra dumplings!!!!!! YUM!

Local food truck. Located next to a pub. Outdoor seating. All food is made to order. Locally owned. The dumplings, crab Rangoon, and donuts are delicious. (I had forgotten how amazing fresh, hot donuts taste!). They gave a sign saying thry are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I wanted to love this place! Tried the spicy pork rice noodle soup, it had a generous amount of noodles, some mushrooms and ground pork, but overall was a little too oily and lacked flavor. The boa was also greasy, REALLY greasy. It was the most flavorful of the items we ordered, and I enjoyed the texture. Dumplings were so-so. Seating is outdoors with some covered options.

Better than I could’ve hoped for…I would be here once a week if I lived here. It was a cold, rainy night and their wonton soup was the perfect cure. The broth was amazing, light but full of depth and flavor; the wontons were excellent. Also really enjoyed the pork buns…the dough had some toasted parts and some soft parts, great flavor of the dough and the filling. Loved everything. Wish I could try it all. Will def be high on my list for my next trip to Bellingham. It was also a good amount of food for $25/30 … was too much for just me to finish, easily could’ve been split btwn 2 people

I’ve been wanting to try this Food Truck for many years since passing it by so many times. Finally stopped for some dumplings to take away. They’re called Chinese bun but they are dumplings. They were good but the vegetables seemed a bit over cooked. But I intend to try it again more menu items sometime.

So glad we came across this place! Had no idea this was here, but will definitely be back often. Really good portions for the prices, and everything tasted really good. You can also grab a beer from the place next door and eat and drink in the beer garden outside which was a plus - there are even heaters outside next to the tables.

Wonton soup is amazing. Its my favorite in town. I can't have it from anywhere else anymore. It's a meal all on its own. Crab racoon and dumplings are good too. VERY SHORT WAIT TIME.. Plus you get to have a beer while you wait. (Co.es filled to the top... I just couldn't wait😊)

Love this place so much! The veggie buns, veggie dumplings, spring rolls and crab rangoons are all delicious and the donuts are out of this world good! Plus they're always very nice/friendly and Goods is a lovely neighborhood spot to come with friends or bring my dog along 💕
