It's a very nice place! Check out the indoor pool, it's about what you'd expect, and the gym had a good amount of equipment. I liked that it had living space in the room and a separate toilet from the shower! Plus fridge and microwave so we bought our own snacks; and had an appetizer and a drink in the hotel lobby. It was a good night!

We got in early, and the front desk processed us quickly. She was polite and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was firm and provided a great sleep. The 24-hour access gym is small but clean and the equipment was in working order. The breakfast was great and had a very nice selection. It was nice to start the day with a hot meal. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly, polite and helpful. We did not use the covered garage. Check-out was just dropping off the access card and back on the road. It felt COVID safe to stay there. I will definitely visit the next time in the area. We don't use the app, as I have been reading about security concerns. Once they implement a higher level of security and I know my points, CC, and personal data are safe, the process will be even more efficient.

The toilet is in a separate room from the shower. I guess that's good for multiple people in a room. This hotel is great because they have a bar which serves dinner, Lea the bartender is fantastic!

I love all Marriotts, and staff was friendly. There were no locks on my room bathroom doors which is kind of strange, and the building itself kind of looks old, but beds are SO comfortable.

The only reason this place loses marks is the lack of environmental awareness. There are no recycling containers in the rooms, and everything in the breakfast bar contributes to waste (paper plate’s mostly, only paper cups, and plastic utensils, individual milk containers vs refillable at the cereal station).

Clean and well laid out rooms. Breakfast was great! The egg white frittata was so good! Usually free hotel breakfasts are at best just good, and sometimes they are nasty, but this one was awesome. They had a variety of choices. Only complaint is that the blueberry compote for the oatmeal was refrigerator cold and so it dropped the temp of my oatmeal big time. Heating that up some would be nice. Not the quietest hotel, but I'm not sure if that's because needs more soundproofing or because the people across the hall were just really loud. But if they had manners, they would have quieted themselves down after 11 pm. It was quiet once they shut up. Didn't use them, but there is a pool, spa and workout room as well.

Staying here because we are with a big group but I'm completely disgusted to say the least. Rat droppings were found under the bathroom counter which weren't even swept up between guests. Soap scum in bathtub. Only left two half rolls of toilet paper for 5 people, not even one full roll. Again, for 5 guests they only left 3 sets of towels. The pull out bed is like sleeping on a wire rack. You can completely feel every wire spring in the mattress. Would like to say something good about the breakfast but with a rat problem not sure I should comment on that. Stayed for 5 nights and they didn't even clean our room. Came in one time and made the beds, poorly at that, took the dirty towels. Didn't sweep up hair off the floor, clean off the sink, nothing. And this gets a 4.4 rating??? Hardly.

The breakfast was laid out thoughtfully and is good. I have missed good coffee. Thank you. The front desk ladies have been great. My room is nice. I appreciate the location as well

So impressed with this hotel. Room is spacious and includes microwave and refrigerator. Friendly front desk staff. Bar and restaurant food were awesome. Huge portions for food items. The bar manager was amazing. So happy we found this place! Definitely recommend 👌

Rude Assistant GM. Security is non existent. Huge problem with vehicle break-ins. No surveillance cameras out front or in parking garage, which was recently broken into and vandalized vehicles. I had $2,500 in locked and secured tools, equipment stolen from my truck.

Rooms are spacious and clean. But I don't understand why they don't even put water and coffee machines in the room. Seems quite standard in other comparable hotels.

I have been to this SpringHill Hotel in Bellingham a few times and I would like to write a good review about one of the staff named "Johnny", I usually see him at breakfast, he is full of positive energy, energetic, enthusiastic, motivated Works and generous in smiling at all customers, it's kind of the definition of a quality brand, influenced by both his personality and impeccable service. I wish him luck Jonny

One day ago, I rented a suite from Spring Hills and suites in Bellingham, Washington upon arrival homeless, drinking alcohol, scoping out cars staff staff was friendly and courteous, but it smelled as you walked it. It had a distinct or odor of not being clean, walking down the hallway, the main Corredor carpet, stains everywhere, and it was gross entering the room it smelled like sour mustard, The floors were disgusting stains, on floor on the couch handprints on the walls. Bathroom mold, or dirty with mold carpet carpet left my husband white socks, black it was terrible. Do not go there until they scrub the place down steam clean something we would’ve been better off. Going to motel eight. not the caliber you’re expecting from a Marriott…. Stay away from the bellingham Mary @

Our go-to place for Bellingham family weekends. Clean, big rooms. Nice pool and hot-tub, and a lobby that works for hanging out with friends. Main downside is the location quite a ways from town center. Works fine for Mt Baker access, but maybe not if your goal is walking to the central area breweries in B'Ham.

The staff was very friendly and despite the busyness during the morning for breakfast, the only one guy working to keep food prepared did an impressive job. The room was clean and I like the setup with the toilet and another sink separate from the shower and bigger sink.

Very clean, rooms very spacious, and I cannot say enough great things about the service! Absolutely remarkable staff, beyond professional. The rooms were truly wonderful. Well maintained and there was plenty of room to sleep. Sofa bed was comfortable and queen beds were large enough for 2 people to sleep on comfortably. Can log-in to online streaming services from TV. There was a separate desk to work on. Bathroom split into 2, convenient for families. Breakfast was remarkable as well! Delicious quiche and pastries. Absolutely will stop here again when traveling from Canada to Seattle!

For the price and overall brand quality, I expected better from Springhill Suites. The service from the employees is top-notch, however, the cleanliness is not. I just spent 15 minutes cleaning my room as soon I got into it, and finally just said "screw it" and called for different room. They happily and quickly switched me to a new room, however- this one is just as dirty as the last one. By dirty I mean every wall and piece of furniture has splatter marks, the drawers were dirty inside, mirrors and glass had fingerprints and smears, stains on floor and furnishings, etc. I am disappointed and unsure if their superior customer service is going to be enough to get me to use this brand again. Pics included are of the replacement room. I may seem picky to some, but when I pay for a room, I expect it to be clean, no exceptions, and from this brand I expect unstained furnishings and such. Upon taking pictures I think I will call the front desk and ask for a new room.

Room was very spacious, but poor cleaning. Food and items were under the sofa that was previously there from another guest, hair and make up stains on “freshly cleaned sheets”… just felt unclean everywhere . I recommend staying else where if you like cleaner sheets

Added a trip to Bellingham on a whim and booked this hotel. For the price and location, I’d say our stay was pleasant. Upon arriving, our room did have a very weird smell so we kept the windows open but it lingered until check out. Our room was spacious and the lobby was nice, with a bar that was available after 5pm.

Comfortable hotel with convenient amenities. Complimentary breakfast, free laundry & very gracious front desk staff 😊 Extra large room with space for working in-room or travel with small children at an affordable rate. Indoor pool & jacuzzi, and my favorite amenity, the 24 Hour Gym! Enjoyable stay, thanks!

Almost an Excellent place, but their breakfast is nasty, taken from a Frankenstein cook freezer. Used to be real breakfast, but that was then. I hope they go back. A hotel next to us 800ft, Hampton Inn is 1000 times better and with original home breakfast, no frozen junk. If someone reads this, take notice. The beds mattresses are more than 5yrs old, deformed and needs new ones. For the rest of it is good. These two areas, breakfast and bed are a most needs for me as a paying costumer.

We got 2 queen beds room. The room looks fine. But the hotel only provides room service if customer stays longer than 4 days. There is no daily room service at this point. The room is not sound proof. We could hear the room next door. And unfortunately the room next door kept banging the wall which made lots of noises. We could also hear upstairs footsteps. And the noises went on till the middle of the night. Air-conditioning is very loud and for light sleeper, it could keep you awake throughout the night. Breakfast is ok. It's not great. If we could make a wish, we wish for the breakfast to be warmed evenly.

The room is calming and pleasant. Work space , living area and a separated toilet bowl area with a corner sink. Bed is as usual very comfortable. The breakfast is a good surprise. The toasted walnut on Oatmeal is just great. The soufflĂŠ with sun dried tomato and kale is delicious. Tea water is hot so that tea came out tasty. Will try the pool and hot tub today. There is a garage too with a door to be opened by room key.

Lots of plumbing sounds (loud toilet flushing) and footsteps from upstairs and walls are thin (loud music from room next door) but staff is excellent and room amenities are good. Only stayed here due to extreme weather keeping me from home. Not sure if I would recommend the hotel but I would hire any of the staff I met. The people make this place worth the stay.

Really neat hotel! Large rooms, great breakfast options, they offer free guest wifi, a workout room, free on-site laundry room, have a nice swimming pool that has accessible handicap pool and hot tub chairs. There is a large grill outside that is free for guests to utilize to cook food on and it's been great! The tiny fridge isn't super loud to listen to at night and the heater works very efficiently. Plenty of storage in room. Parking garage under the hotel, as well as outside parking. Extremely convenient location. Directly across from an urgent care, down the road from Fred Meyer, and only 4 minutes from the airport. 1 minute to the freeway. 10 minutes to some great beach spots for finding oysters and neat shells. There is an elevator from the parking garage all the way to the 5th and top floor. Happy sleeping!

Clean quiet and comfortable room. Friendly staff. I'm guessing the place is family run . Don't judge the food by the breakfast picture because the restaurant bar is very nice. Just wish they would get some tangy mustard instead of or in addition to the honey mustard.

We needed a good, clean place to stay after we flew in late and couldn't get home till the next day. This was totally that. The room was nice and big and was clean. Unfortunately, I had some very loud neighbors who thought being very loud at 2am on a Monday was fine, but that's not on the hotel. The continental breakfast left much to be desired; it had some bagels and oatmeal, but when we went through not really anything in the way of hot food, we have def had much better. That said, all in all, if I needed a place in Bellingham, I would stay here again.
