We
went
on
opening
night.
I've
heard
great
things
about
their
Mt.
Vernon
location,
so
I
was
looking
forward
to
it.
When
we
arrived,
there
were
party
lights,
a
wait
to
get
in,
and
a
definite
vibe
to
this
place.
Great
energy.
The
ambiance
is
beautiful,
our
server
was
friendly
and
helpful.
The
presentation
on
the
shots
and
drinks
we
saw
at
other
tables
was
cool.
Our
appetizer
was
a
trip
of
dips:
guacamole,
mango
pico,
and
bean
dip.
All
tasty
and
refreshing.
I
really
liked
their
salsa
because
it
had
flavor,
spice,
and
zing.
Usually
places
are
either
plain
or
spicy.
You
don't
usually
get
the
zing,
so
the
lime
juice
comes
through
and
balances
the
flavor
and
heat
nicely.
It's
not
overly
anything.
Loved
it.
Both
of
our
meals
were
a
little
on
the
sweet
side.
I
liked
my
mole
enchiladas
and
the
chocolate
hit
my
nose
as
soon
as
it
was
set
down.
My
partner
didn't
care
for
his
asada
camarones
diabla
due
to
the
sweetness,
but
he
said
the
steak
was
cooked
perfectly.
He
loves
whole
beans
and
they
could
have
been
cooked
just
a
little
longer,
but
considering
this
was
day
1
of
being
open
at
their
Bellingham
location,
this
is
completely
forgivable!
We'll
be
back
to
try
it
again
and
would
recommend
trying
COA
Bellingham
if
you're
in
the
mood
for
Mexican.
