Nice place to do some bargains shopping. Cashier lady was so nice. She helped us to save some money. Keep up the good work. There were lots of items on sale. Sales were pretty good. Jewellers were also on sale with good prices. Definitely nice place to visit for some bargains shopping. There were also dresses on sale as well. Furthermore, beauty items were also on sale.

Would not price match with their website. Person at register told me that the only way I could get it that low was if I had a credit card, which I do not have (checked just in case)and absolutely did not want. She was able to scan another coupon, but then said “you could have saved $12 more, just so you know” in a really sneery tone. Really irritated. Checked the price matching policy and it totally could have been done (coupon did not state it was online only).

I hadn't been here in a long time, but was pleasantly surprised! I'd forgotten how much they have -- Levi's, Adidas, etc. Lots to choose from, and we found exactly what we were looking for.

They need help at the Checkout. One person doing return AND sale? WTH? Big line, lady wouldn’t call for help. I just left my $75 in stuff right there and walked right out. Two others in back of line did also. She was looking right at me as I departed, not a word. What a waist of time😡

My wife and I needed to pick up a set travel bags. As we live in Canada, we could not order online, so we dropped in at the Bellis Fair JC Penney location. We were assisted by Rick, who is the epitome of Customer Service. He went over and beyond to help us. We did not end up buying the travel bags, as they did not meet our needs, but because of how impressed we were with Rick’s helpfulness, we ended up spending almost 3 hours in the store ( not to mention us doing a whole lot of shopping I.e shoes, trousers, crockery, winter jacket etc that we honestly had no intention of buying. Lots of clothes and shoes selections. Most of the times they have great discounts. If you sign up for their credit card you get extra 15 percent off even if you are not approved.

We saw great merchandise and prices at Penneys today. When we checked out the cashier didn't even look at us. It seemed so cold and ackward. Didn't seem like she was very happy to be at work. My friend and I both noticed it.

The staff are so kind and helpful and the prices are very low when there's a sale! Lots of stock/inventory.
