Very rude staff tried to call to verify a scheduled appointment and was told that I would have to reschedule cause I wouldn't make it on time (my scheduled apt was in 10 min, although I only lived 3 minutes away) after being on hold for 7 minutes,reception than stated that I must reschedule, very rudely and than made tried to make it my fault as a missed appointment. There attitudes stink simply put.. The reception needs a class on how to treat a human with compassion which is a huge thing that they lack!

Unfortunately I was not surprised to see so many bad reviews concerning this office. The elder receptionist was astoundingly abrasive and rude. After my father had been left waiting for an hour he asked her when he was going to be seen. She readily verbally accosted my father. She kept insisting that he had his appointment time wrong and hadn't been waiting that long, when he showed her his apt confirmation she replied, "Oh, you're going to be one of those are you." She would not allow him speak but kept reiterating that he had only been waiting for 30 minutes and not one hour because he didn't know his appointment time. I have been a medical receptionist for years. I have never seen someone act so unprofessionally. She was condescending, hostile, and rude. That PeaceHealth has someone so completely inappropriate and ill mannered as their receptionist says a great deal about how they view and treat their patients.

The staff here are extremely rude! The first time I went there they forgot about me in the waiting room it was two hours before I even got out of there. I only was able to speak to the doctor for three minutes who was really rude. I decided 13 weeks later to give them another chance and scheduled an appointment at 8 o’clock I had to be at work at nine thought for sure an hour was long enough!? NOPE! Worst place to go

Waiting over an hour for my Dad to be seen, still waiting. We don't use walk in clinics, he has a Dr but all emergency slots filled by 8:30 when I called. I feel like it's a cop out to send an established patient to a walk in clinic! Also the receptionist wants to know what's wrong and your symptoms. I heard all about all the other people. Great patient confidentiality!

I wanted to give a positive shout out to the Peacehealth Walk-In clinic by the hospital. Made an appointment online, was taken back 2 minutes past my appointment time - then a thorough, quick but friendly check in with the nurse, followed by a 3 minute wait for my doctor, Joshua Coates. He was kind, listened to everything I had to say, gave me options on whether I needed an x-ray or not instead of pushing me to do what he wanted; then gave me my prescriptions and I was on my way. I also needed help with my insurance numbers for the pharmacy, and the front desk secretary at the walk in went above and beyond to help me find them. The whole process took 25 mins. I would highly recommend this location.

Was quoted a 1 to 2 hour wait. That was when there was 1 doctor. I asked if more were coming in. They said 2 more. Went back in to get another time estimate, I was told a bit longer. I assumed with 3 doctors the wait time would decrease.

We were sent to this clinic by our Primary Care physician. My mom is 81 and she was very nervous. It was the very end of their very busy day. Roxanne treated my mom with patience and kindness. That continued with each staff member. They were kind and cheerful and took amazing care. I can't thank them enough.

I went in for a sprained ankle and the office was extremely busy. Like, overflowing with people. They had a notice on the door explaining that wait times would be longer than normal due to high volume of patients. I had to wait a while to receive care, but the staff was very friendly and reassuring during my wait. They also provided a snack and some water to those of us stuck sitting in the waiting room. When I met with the doctor, he was kind, thorough, and although he was very busy with the influx of people needing care, he didn’t rush through my visit and make me feel unattended to.

It’s a walk in clinic, it’s going to be busy. We have always been seen in a timely manner and treated well. We have been in for my kids and thinking we were coming in for something minor and realizing he had a small fracture after an X-ray was ordered which we never would have known otherwise because it was so small. They are very qualified and thourough. They listen to you and do their best to help relieve your symptoms and get you to a better place than when you came in.

The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable and even though I came late cuz I had work they were able to fit me in. I definitely recommend!

I've had only good experiences at the Peacehealth urgent care clinic on Squalicum Pkwy. Dr. Whitehead is caring and nice, as are all the medical personnel I've seen in the past few times I've gone there.

Need to fix your hours ..you state on here your open on weekend ..but your not

My wife and I went in for her to be checked out because of some health issues(obviously) and instead of seeming concerned for her health they let her sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. The front end staff was okay.

I had a 7:45am appointment that we arrived very early to but ended up waiting until 8:30am before being informed that the surgeon was overbooked and to come back tomorrow to see if “maybe we can squeeze you in somewhere”. It's frustrating because appointments are meant to prevent overbooking and this is causing everyone to experience a huge waste of time. The staff and surgeon were unprofessional, and the surgeon seemed indifferent and dismissive towards our concerns about the broken bones. Do not recommend this place for any services.

I've had nothing but excellent care here. My surgeon is fantastic and takes the time to really listen, if it it means he's running a bit late sometimes. His nurse is fabulous. The patient portal messaging is a great tool when you just have a quick question. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is that the wait can be longer than expected, so allow for that. Otherwise, I've been well taken care of.
