It’s alright, it won’t take you long to check everything out. Less than 40 min to explore the aquarium, it’s quite small but not bad either.

This place is small compared to other aquariums i visited around the world. But the types of fish available i have never seen before in other aquariums. I would say this is definitely a must visit in medellin if you are into this kind of places. It is very close to the science museum and there are a bunch of cool stuff and science games to play outside. I enjoyed this place. Would be a great place to take a date as well and have a coffee or a donut. 3 to 4 hours of pure joy. Recommend.

Wonderful little aquarium. We had a guide from the local university tell us so much about Colombian culture, geography and of course about the fish. We felt welcomed and enjoyed learning.

They have several information about life rivers and sea.If isn't too crowded you can get a lot of pictures.Walking around and reading the posters could take you 1 or 2 hours

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Medellin aquarium, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience! Despite it being a Tuesday, the aquarium was buzzing with activity, which added to the excitement of the visit. The exhibits were diverse and well-maintained, allowing me to explore everything the aquarium had to offer in just under 2 hours. The sensory section was a particular highlight, engaging all my senses. Definitely picture worthy. The prices were reasonable and the space was accessible to everyone, making it the perfect outing for families, couples, and young people alike. Overall, the Medellin aquarium exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're a marine enthusiast or simply looking for a fun day out, I highly recommend paying a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Great place with fishes to enjoy. Tours are good but they rely too much on the audience's questions to explain the variety of species

A great place to explore on a visit to the city. Spent ages looking at all the fish and washing them swim about. Many I had not seen before. Would be great to bring children here too.

I'm a country girl so I was ecstatic to see on display what it is like to fish and stuff. I think it is pretty accurate and complete.

Rated it 3 stars only because i have been to much nicer aquariums. And it’s very small but it is well maintained and clean, and what is there is very nice. Good exhibits, It just cannot compare to other ones I’ve been to

Good place for grown and kids. They have multiple species and there are guides for you to learn about the fishes and animals. Is interesting and also relaxing. We took like an hour to check on them and take pictures!

Really enjoyed the exhibits. The staff was very polite and helpful. I liked the fact that they asked to see my vaccination card when I entered. They even examined my passport. Guess they were making sure I wasn’t there illegally ? IDK , but it didn’t matter. Always happy to show my ID.

Everything was good, the people in charge were really helpful. But the reptiles were in really small spaces.

Very filled during December. There's usually a lot of people, but you can still enjoy it. Always arrive on time, because the aquarium takes about 1hr or more. Very enjoyable
