Excellent hotel for the price. It's hard to find hotels at such a great price and near entertainment areas. Some restaurants are located within walking distance. You can also find the shopping center Viva Laureles. If you are missing anything like toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc., go to the Exito store located inside Viva Laureles. My room came with a mini refrigerator, but no microwave. There's no elevator. If you have bad knees, make sure you ask for a room on the first floor. Also, my room had a living room on the first floor and my bed and bathroom on the second floor. It has a modern bathroom with a shower with hot and cold water. No air conditioner. The room has a fan. During the day it gets hot but, during the night the city cools down and the fan is enough. No safe box, but I felt safe leaving my belongings in the room. The beds are comfortable and clean. The hotel is kept clean and organized. You also have a phone in your room. If you need anything or have questions, dial 9. There's a 24/7 front desk available.

Front desk excellent, For the price fine. We needed to change rooms as we needed to stay another night. Shower was broken and no hot water or towels or soap or shampoo. Just be sure to check on these items before settling in for the night.

Really like the hotel and the rooms are big. The staff was great. I higgly recommend and its a safe area.

Great small boutique hotel, great staff, looking forward to going back for a extended visit. Wonderful neighborhood to walk around.

The location is convenient in Laureles. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are about average. It appears to be an older building converted to lofts and doesn't have many electrical outlets or lamps. There is some, not horrible street noise.
