The staff makes this hotel terrible. They are rude and unprofessional.

Arrived late in the night and I encounter a dirty bathroom. Toilet not flush and sink dirty. I had to clean sink with towel (only one clean). The following morning no soap in the shower. Indication of lack of cleaning in the wet areas. When approached to reception, the matter was taken with no interest, front counter guy didn’t care about my complaint. I demanded talk to the manager but i was greeted by a receptionist’s friend with no interest at all about the matter. When I insisted to talk to the manager it was presented with numerous unreasonable excuses: “she is having breakfast; she is in a meeting, she needs to leave” and so on (I don’t think the manager was consulted). Terrible experience with hygiene and terrible experience with customer service. Not recommended at all. Didier Mesa was at the front counter and Carolina Jaramillo his friend.

Staff are willing to help and find solutions. Hotel is impressively clean, saftey and security is taken very seriously. The rooms are nothing crazy but have an amazing bed, a good bathroom with hot water and the unit is equipped with AC and heat. I highly recommend this hotel, have stayed here twice before writing this review and I'm glad to say they are great not just the first time Location is amazing, literally a stone throw away from the Itagüi station. And Mayorcas across the river which can be crossed using the same path as the metro.

Bare bones rooms no frills besides great bed and black out drapes. Quiet and peaceful but lacking in size and a chair to sit. Someone forgot how to furnish a basic hotel room. What were they thinking? God knows.

Nice hotel, buffet breakfast, nice rooms, near to the metro station. Bad, small parking, buildings around of hotel are so ugly, far away of Medellin center or mall.

Absolutely amazing hotel! My expectations were well exceeded. I stayed here for three nights and everything was perfect about my stay, from the entire staff being super friendly to an amazingly delicious and diversified breakfast with different South American choices every day, to the location of the hotel itself: the walk to the metro is literally 2 minutes, there is a huge mall about 3 minutes away, and there is a burger place as well as a bakery within the same building as the hotel! I arrived at 2am and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The wifi didn't work properly on the first day, but after mentioning this to the staff, I was shown a work-around on my phone to make it work regardless! Would recommend this hotel whole-heartedly to anyone, be it business/solo travelers, families, you name it! I doubt you will find a better place for this price in the area.
