Todo muy mal, fuimos por primera vez, al llegar nadie nos atendió, luego de un rato nos dejaron entrar cuando ya había empezado la clase, la "entrenadora" Jenifer fatal, yo ya llevo más de 11 años entrenando, pero mi pareja no, y era YO la que le corregía postura, le explicaba los ejercicios, hacía su trabajo. Yo no sé qué clase de entrenadores tienen, pero qué falta de profesionalismo. Un novato no debería cargar el mismo peso de alguien que ya lleva tiempo entrenando.

fui con una amiga por primera vez, nadie nos atendio, los "entrenadores" se preguntaban el uno al otro que si era nueva y la respuesta fue no la conozco, deberían de tener la gentileza de preguntar.. hace 1 año no entrenaba, y mi amiga nunca había ido a un gym Me toco decirle a un instructor q le explicara las posturas, en cada base solo tienen pesas para los expertos es tanto que una pesa me tumbo y me lastime la mano. Pesimo servicio no lo recomiendo.

Buenas noches, hace poco estuvimos allí mi pareja y yo y nadie nos atendió. Pasarón 20 minutos y nadie nos atendia, la unica persona que ayudó fue una instructora que salió pero el resto de instructores eran de mal genio. En realidad la unica persona que nos atendió bien fué el muchacho de zona de comidas que nos explicó lo que la recepcionista debió haber hecho. Pesima atención al usuario.
