UPDATE:
Emailed
the
manager
over

ago,
as
per
their
reply
to
my
review.
No
response.
Appalling
service.
In
this
day
and
age,
they
place
no
value
on
customer
service.
Took
my
Seiko
watch
in
to
have
a
new
battery
replaced.
The
sales
lady
was
very
helpful
and
even
suggested
it
may
be
possible
to
clean
the
inside
of
the
glass
(which
the
watch
needed).
Returned
an
hour
or
so
later,
the
small
dial
second
counter
hand
was
out
of
place
(sticking
up
above
the
watch
face).
When
I
pointed
out
that
this
is
not
how
I
left
the
watch,
the
watchsmith
eventually
came
out
and
said
that
the
mechanism
is
broken,
and
that
he
could
take
the
watch
apart
again
to
try
and
put
the
hand
back
into
place
but
that
there
is
a
risk
it
may
break.
When
I
said
that
I
would
rather
he
not
open
the
watch
again,
he
suggested
their
service
centre
but
that
could
take
up
to
8
weeks.
He
then
recommended
another
place
in
Milnerton(On
Time)
,
which
I
have
just
returned
from
R400
the
wiser
(the
hand
was
simply
reseated,
and
the
watchsmith
there
said
that
all
mechanisms
are
working
perfectly).
Time
watch
offered
no
discount
or
apology
for
their
work...
I
hope
this
review
helps
other
people
make
an
informed
decision
about
where
to
take
their
watches.
